Very responsive and reliable host Will stay here in the near future staycation around BSD/serpong

The place is nice, quite big for 6 guests, and the lobby is also helpful though they really ensure us will not make any trouble as visitor. The facility like swimming pool and shopping area is close and great. Perhaps additional complementary such as tea and coffee will make it much better. It’s small things but I believe important for any guest.

Esmeralda was a fantastic host! She was very friendly and responsive, making my stay incredibly pleasant. The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable and homey. Having a Family Mart inside the building was a huge plus, making it super convenient to grab groceries whenever I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The place is very comfortable, we were even given snacks. The owner is very responsive. The location is also very quiet and comfortable, because it is in one of the largest and most comfortable housing complexes in BSD, we can even do morning exercise comfortably at Vanya Park Lake. The location is very close to restaurants and even many coffee shops across the housing complex, just walk to find food or find a place to buy coffee. The price, in my opinion, is quite cheap with very comfortable facilities and location and also with many security guards guarding the surrounding environment. Score 10/10, will definitely come back again.

Small studio but perfect for 1 , 2 and everything in it and quiet , no noise of cars. Clear instructions (sorry about my mistake with the lock,my mistake ) I am coming often through Jakarta I may be back. Yungni I did not meet. is very nice, helpful thanks/merci /terimakhasi

My Airbnb experience was fantastic! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The host was responsive and made sure everything was smooth. Check-in was hassle-free, and the location was perfect. Definitely a great stay—I’d book again without hesitation!

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

One of the best places to stay at BSD

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Would consider staying at this apartment again. Thank you Revy! :)

the apartment is very quiet because of the position on the corner, no noise cleanliness, amenities, and furnishings equivalent to a 4 star hotel owner is very responsive the location is very close to PIK Avenue mall, fresh market, anywhere near very satisfying

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
