This blue American style house is literally a minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended place to stay because it’s peaceful and quiet. The entire house is very clean. They provide everything you need from toiletries to cooking utensils - free water, and breakfast, too! Walking distance to The Ruins where there’s a restaurant nearby. Staff is very accommodating and approachable. Sari-sari store is a few meters away from the house. Pet-friendly place too! Thank you for letting us stay!

Wauw. What a wonderful stay. We had a very good time. The house keepers are super friendly and the house is in a good location. The beach is close and beautiful and the nights are very calm. The closest beach is not private but very chill as well. We will definitely come back again!

Had such an amazing time at Alectis Pasir Ris! The place is beautiful, peaceful, super close to nature, and literally right by the beach. It was the perfect little escape from the city. The staff were genuinely kind and always willing to help, which made the stay feel so warm and welcoming. The host was also really responsive and made everything so easy. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and definitely planning to come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill, nature-connected spot to unwind.

We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

Great place to stay, and it's my second time there. The place does not disappoint! Kitchen is fully ready, with clean drinking water and many spacious rooms with beds. Just be cautions of mosquitoes and bring the right anti-insect repellant lotions. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely be back again!

I wanna start by saying it is my first time booking a place that looks exactly the same as the photos being advertised/listed. It is worth every penny! I love how homey and modern it is. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained! Loved the kitchen too! Oh my and the staff were so helpful and kind. I would love to go back again. My husband and I enjoyed a 2 nights stay and wishing we could extend more. This will be on my fav lists for sure. Thanks to Diego as well for being responsive and for giving us all the info needed. 10/10 would recommend!

• The house owner gave us a tour upon arrival, which was a thoughtful and helpful gesture. • The price is very affordable — we honestly hope they keep it that way. • The house is spacious; everyone in our group had their own room. • The pool was warm and clean — perfect for a relaxing outing. • The parking area can fit up to 3 SUVs, so plan accordingly. • Even though it’s a new listing, the place is already doing really well — we were actually their first guests! • The kitchen had complete utensils, which made cooking and eating very convenient. • They have a karaoke you can use until 10 PM. • The attendant was very approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. • Comfort rooms (CRs) were clean and well-maintained. • They gave us fresh buko and jackfruit, which was a nice surprise.

The place was so peaceful and the sunset was amazing. Ms. Josephine was a superb host as well as the people who helped us inside. T'was also a good thing that we were able to cook our own food and they let us use their kitchen and their utensils.Lastly, we were thankful coz Ms. Josephine let us checked in earlier and the AC was working well all throughout. Thank you!

The place was even better than the pictures. The presence of the lovely dogs adds to the overall experience. Ma’am Janette and her husband were kind and even gave us some food. The experience feels like a retreat for us. The sound of the waves and birds. Beautiful in daytime and nighttime.

We enjoyed our time staying at Amber’s! The house was clean and comfy. Summer vibes on point which made our stay even more relaxing. We loved the interiors too. Going there was quite a challenge since it rained that day. Thanks to our gracious Hosts! Overall, we had an incredible time and we’ll surely recommend this place.

The place is perfect for large families, with spacious areas in every corner that make it truly relaxing. The room we stayed in had a very comfortable bed — we slept like babies. While I wouldn’t say it’s a perfect place (because nothing really is), it’s definitely a spot I highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and roomy place to spend quality time with family and friends in Paypay, Daan Bantayan.

Our new favorite place. Peaceful, Private and Quite. Definitely going back. Our fur babies love it so much. They roamed the place like they owned it.

This is one of the most relaxing place we’ve ever had. Sometimes we thought we’re in Hawaii. Our 80 yr old parents didn’t have a hard time going around. The kitchen is clean, complete though the Gazebo could have been perfect if we decided to include it, but still we had a great time. The location is very private like having your own private beach. I definitely recommend this place to big families and small to mid size corporate team building outings.

It is what you see in pictures. But in the app they didn’t tell that one of the rooms doesn’t have an air condition. The place is nice and cosy but there are smell of the molds specially the second floor.

The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was perfect for our stay. The place itself was peaceful and relaxing, providing the perfect escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable experience!

Michael and Jeniffer’s freshly painted detached bungalow was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning beachfront view from the large balcony. The peaceful location was next to AT Restaurant, where we had delicious dinners. North Beach, great for swimming, was a 10-minute walk, and the nearby village had a hostel with carenderia-style lunches and sari-sari shops for essentials. This is a beautifully remote spot—most amenities are by Bounty Beach, a 10-minute motorbike ride away. The AC worked well, and screened doors/windows let in fresh air while keeping mosquitoes out. We appreciated the hot water shower, ample plug points, and well-stocked kitchenette. Refillable drinking water was provided, and the WiFi hotspot was useful, though personal data is recommended. Caretaker Eon made our stay special, checking in daily, helping with transport, and even making us treats. As the only guests, it was reassuring to have her nearby. Highly recommended!
