Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bansko

Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

I highly recommend the guest house, it has an amazing large yard, the house is cozy with a huge window in the dining room with a mountain view.. has all the household necessities.. We had an amazing stay at Kristina’s villa! The location is perfect—nestled in the mountains near Bansko and Razlog, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery is stunning in every season, with fresh mountain air and beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Kristina was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was wonderful—very warm, quite clean, with all the necessary dishes and appliances, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that in the “House with a Fireplace,” the fireplace is available for an additional fee (as is the barbecue). Moreover, the fireplace smoked heavily, and by morning everything—from the dishes to the plumbing—was covered in black soot. I recommend asking for instructions on how to light it properly🙂

The house is lovely, has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The most beautiful thing, however, is the view that is just breathtaking! The porch is great - with comfortable garden furniture and lounge chairs. We also loved the possibility of a movie night in a cozy setting, I guess also that winter with the fireplace is super. The surrounding area is full of places to walk, lots of horses and greenery. Razlog is just around the corner, 5 minutes by car. We loved that it was out of town and had a sense of freedom. We would love to come back again :)

Great location, access to the SPA with a very friendly staff. Galina is a great host. There was one thing broken in the appartement when we arrived and it was solved in no time. Recommend.

Wonderful apartment. As close as you can get to the Gondola. perfect for a couple or family. Can cook, do laundry, eat out. Supermarket and Subway across the street. Will be back.

I've had one of my best airbnb stays at Elitza's appartment. It's a great location for someone who is in Bansko for hiking or skiing. The place is not big, but everything is so well thought, clean and cosy. The view is outstanding. Elitza's is a welcoming host who's always in touch for any questions. Hope to come back soon!

Anna's place was my home for 3 weeks this summer and it was a great stay! The split floor plan gives a nice sense of privacy and space. The bed was super comfortable - I slept great every night. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The shower pressure was strong and consistent hot water made mornings easy. The location was so convenient - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. There's a supermarket on the corner and a coworking space just 5 minutes away. A couple things to note: the stairs are quite narrow and steep, so take care going up and down. The place was very quiet while I was there, so it's perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Anna was a wonderful host - she responded to any questions we had quickly and her team was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Anna's place if you're looking for a homey spot in a great location!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

An Exceptional Stay in Bansko! Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our trip incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was also spotlessly clean, to the point where it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The owners were incredibly nice and available, checking in to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The location was ideal – perfectly situated to be close to the center of Bansko, yet also conveniently near the beautiful trails for hiking and exploring. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bansko!

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

We rwally felt like home. It e apartment is well and fresh decorated with an ppen view of the mountains. Just 2 minutes of walking from the gondola. Karten and Iskra were igreat hosts, very responsive, very helpfull, easy ro communicate. with friendly approach . Our stay will be in Karsten's place for sure for next years vacation. 👍
