We had a great rest! Large, cozy house, everything is there for cooking and great bedrooms. The view from the terrace is stunning, overlooking the hills, forest, cute sheep and ostriches. Our adult children were delighted with the animals!The cleanest air, an atmosphere of coziness and warmth, it is felt that the hosts treat the farm and guests with soul and love. Wonderful place for a long weekend with friends. Spacious, well-equipped, clean house in the “gate” of the hills with breath-taking view when you wake up in the morning. We spent hours watching the warming fire in the fireplace as well as the camp fire in the backyard. Nice sorroundings for hiking in the forests, bigger cities are close, but it’s a perfect place to have a rest during a relaxing weekend with friendly and helpful hosts.

Great place to stay and Marek is a great host! It was a nice house, it had literally everything you need in a great area! Marek and Gretta were great hosts! Perfect place to stay a few days in the nature!

Jan’s place was the perfect getaway for our trip. They created a wonderful environment to relax in nature, surrounded by lovely animals. It’s especially great for kids—plenty of space to run around and spend time with the animals. There was a slide and a trampoline, which my 3-year-old son absolutely loved. The cabin was super cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was nearly complete (though a kettle would be a great addition), and the bathroom was spotless. The beds and sheets were also very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this peaceful and relaxing spot. It’s well worth both the drive and the cost. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back. Jan’s partner was also incredibly helpful and kind—she even helped us find a nearby medical center, which we really appreciated

This was our second stay at Jan’s farm and we had an amazing time. The farm itself is well organized, there are plenty things to do and the house we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Jan is a wonderful host, who was always there to help if anything came up from our side. Will definitely come back again.

Perfect if you need to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big city for a while. Dog friendly and at the same time in a beautiful setting, with great amenities. Host Jan was very welcoming about our requirements, very friendly and ready to give advice. Likewise, his partner. Very nice people who take care of their farm with love. The environment is like a little paradise on earth. Beautiful nature, lots of animals on the farm, hens, bunny, peacocks, alpacas, donkey, sheep, ram, ostriches, Bernese mountain dogs, and Hungarian yawn, and Murko the cat. My 6 year old daughter was thrilled. The animals were also friendly. Feeding a baby sheep Meme right out of the bottle was the best, we also enjoyed horseback riding. There is also a pool in the summer which is amazing. We'll be back, we felt great. Being deep in the woods and having strong wifi and Netflix, that's great :) We stayed in cottage Karkulka, it was amazing, we didn't miss anything. Thank you for a great time, good luck, you're great. We'll recommend.

We enjoyed every minute at Viera's amazing farm with my wife and daughter, staying with her and her family. The destination was well at reach by our family car and we got a true sense of emerging into Slovakian rural life. A lot of hidden gems to visit around specially for hikers and cyclists; but if you just want to relax a bit and walk around staying in touch with farm animals and lifestyle, the place offers a peaceful retreat. Hosts were always there to help with anything and provided us whatever we wanted. We are already thinking to be back there for another vacation and get a taste of their fresh homemade cheese.

We had an incredible stay! Everything about our experience was top-notch. The accommodation was not only comfortable and super clean, but also beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Gabriela was absolutely amazing – accommodating, friendly, and very welcoming. Overall, we can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! It truly deserves 5 stars in every aspect. Thank you to the host for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to return in the future.

I had a great time there!! It was very peaceful and had exceptional surroundings. The accommodation was as described and shown in the photos. Matej was very welcoming and always ready to help.

Everything was as advised and the instructions were very clear. Its cozy and if you want a private stay in nature that comes with its limitation related to toilet comfort and limited availability of drinkable water, than this is a great choice. We enjoyed the views and location, I suppose its even better during summer when its not freezing cold outside at night to use the terrace. It feels very cozy inside, you basically have every basic you might expect in the kitchen. Might be a little challenging to get by the cabin with regular city car, especially during winter season.

It was an unforgettable adventure. Even the journey with a backpack, alone in nature and then sleeping in the treetops. Exactly what I always wanted. Great service with the breakfast. Simply delicious. We'll be back

Great place, very quiet, modern equipment. We spent 2 nights with our 2 kids. We used external fireplace and our kids and enjoyed 2 friendly dogs... it can be also very romantic for couples ;)

We've been here again, and as usual, we weren't disappointed! Great place, very nice and warm Hosts, responding to all our needs. We felt at home in the apartment. Friendly, clean, well-maintained. There are many ski slopes nearby that Hosts recommended. The apartment has space for drying ski equipment, dart and cymberg for evenings together. The resort has nice activities for children: swing, football field in summer, basketball. I highly recommend this place! It's really worth coming here and feeling this nice atmosphere:)

Jozefs place is the definition of the beautiful cozy calm spot where you can stay for daaaays! We had great time! Close to the chopok ski resort and bit out back from the big towns around. 10/10 Thank you so much ! 🗻🎿❄️❤️

My 7-year-old daughter was absolutely thrilled with our time on the farm and the chance to interact with the animals (and honestly, so was I!). You can freely walk into the enclosures, feed and pet the animals without any worry of being butted or bitten. There are incredibly cute and friendly dogs running around the property — cuddling them was pure joy for a city dweller like me. It’s a shame we only stayed for one day, but we’ll gladly come back!
