We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

Fabulous home, super comfy beds and pillows, spacious kitchen, spectacular outlook, can’t complain at all-Matt was incredible responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

We found this place very well presented, with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable from laundry to kitchen and relaxing in the lounge or on the front porch.

Nice clean and tidy place to stay. Good bedrooms and family feel house with access to river and beach and a big back yard. Well located between Cabarita and Pottsville. Jo was a great host and we enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely beautiful and great facilities and gorgeous Cottage that was thoughtfully set up to maximize enjoyment and comfort. The host really thought of everything. The beautiful rainforest setting was maximized with the decor and perfectly positioned hot tub. Absolute serenity.

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

I’m not sure anywhere else will ever compare to our stay. House was perfect. Location was perfect. I cannot fault anything. Thank you for allowing us time at your price of paradise.

We had the most amazing stay at Karen & Antony’s stunning home ! It is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and ultra clean and tidy, we loved the decor and the most fabulous views WOW ! The bed was very comfy with a great shower and kitchen. Karen & Antony are wonderful hosts, very kind, friendly, helpful and lovely to chat to we wished we could have stayed longer. Set in the perfect location we didn’t have a car and were able to visit Surfers Paradise & Paradise Point by bus very easily and the local supermarket is only 5 minutes walk. We also walked to pretty Labrador to see the fabulous pelicans being fed which is a daily ritual at 1.30 pm. We would not hesitate to recommend this very special home thank you so much for looking after us Sarah & Martin x

What an amazing find! Kate was a wonderful host — she waited for us even though we arrived late at night, and took the time to walk us through the property and point out all the important details. We all had a very comfortable stay and especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space. My furbaby had a great time too, especially with the lovely company of another friendly dog! Aaron and Sonia were delightful hosts, responsive to our requests (which were not many). The venue was good and clean, and there was space for our dog to romp in the back garden. It would be best for a shorter stay than our 5 weeks, but even so it was good for us.

Cathy went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful…so helpful and caring to our every needs. This little place is a home away from Home, beautiful surroundings, lush green countryside but only a few minutes away from the ocean….Its perfect 🤩

Anna‘s place was so so lovely. Anna is a great communicator and gave us some great recommendations of local places to eat which were both very delicious. It was so lovely being able to have our fur baby with us and Anna was very accommodating for her. we were meant to go camping but since it was raining, we booked Anna‘s place last minute and sitting outside on the balcony looking at the trees with the rain was very relaxing. We are very glad that we had rain that weekend and booked Anna‘s place as we have now found a hidden gem that we can’t wait to come back to. Thanks so much and we look forward to seeing you again soon! 🥰

Brittany was the perfect host, so kind and generous and made us feel so at home. The house was so unbelievably nice and the perfect place to relax. We had the most perfect time.

Lovely little cottage, very tidy, spacious and private. Being able to walk out the back gate to the nearby dog beach was a huge plus for us!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was spotless, cosy, and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless - easy check-in, clear communication and the place had everything we needed. The location was ideal - close to the beach and a cafe and a short drive into tweed and Cooly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. Our host Estelle was responsive and genuinely welcoming and it was a great experience overall. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
