To be her first time in service everything was quite acceptable. I'd come back without hesitation.

The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Clean and attentive host. With how loud it is almost everywhere in the DR I was happily surprised with how quiet the whole community is. The only downside is, with traffic it’s not very close to the national district. I would definitely recommend!👍🏾

You really are getting a bang for your buck at this location. As host described, lots of surrounding construction which can make arriving a bit daunting but daunting but perfect space and clean! Everything worked great and overall my stay was super comfortable. Highly recommend this location

The place was central to what I needed the shopping and restaurants were just out side the complex. Very close to Cayacoa golf club which the restaurant and golf was excellent. The power did go out 1 day but that was not the host fault. if that happens just go to a place with AC and wait it out. Everything else is great

The Place: 1 minute from a private beach. The staff at the clubhouse was great as was the food. Security was great and is in safe location. I run 10km daily in the area without problems, but the best part was working with Omar and his wife..because of curfew in RD now the supermarket closed the day we came, but Omar's wife saved the day and drove us to the supermarket..is a great place and area to experience RD life...and also is fresh fish just a 2 minutes drive down the road....any problems you have Omar will solve...

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.

Raysa was an incredibly responsive and receptive host; she responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. However, I could have benefited from more detailed check-in instructions. The accommodation was exactly as pictured.

This was a very cozy apartment felt right at home. We booked her place 3 times during our vacation. She is very responsive. The apartment was very clean.

It's a good place to hang out and explore Bani. The staff was attentive at all times for our questions. I recommend it.
