9/10 recommend This is a great listing if you just plan on staying the day in the city and not coming back until you’re done! It is close to more local spots and less touristy things, so I would recommend downloading a Thai dictionary on your phone just if you end up wanting to wanting to eat somewhere. As it’s next to the BTs station it’s relatively easy to get into town. Getting back to the Bnb from the city usually requires a Grab car or taxi. I’m assuming most places are probably like that since the BTS system isn’t very widespread yet. My only downside is it’s a bit further from the malls(i.e Siam Center) for a short stay, so I had to factor in getting to and from the place. I ended up just using Grab anyway so it’s easy.

The literal best!! Could not wait to write this review. If you love nature and a kind soul...this is the place for you. The spot has a lot of sitting place with the outlook of Mae Klong river. You will see a lot of biodiversity being next to mangrove area. Moreover, the owners are truly sincere, kind, helpful and inspiring. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!

I have stayed at Genie's place many times before, and the high standard offered remains unchanged. Ideal for couples and families seeking a haven of relaxing peace and tranquility, away from the tourists trail; and offering a lovely local Thai experience. The host is so kind, welcoming and is promptly responsive. The site has several different sized individual cabin style well equipped detached residences, with alfresco dining areas, set round small ponds. You would feel truly immersed in nature waking up to the relaxing sounds of bird chirping and water fountains, seeing chipmunks, fish, frogs, turtles and cats in a beautifully maintained gardens with mature trees, shrubs, flowers beds and a children's play areas. MRT Fai Chai and Chao Phraya boat services are within walking distance. You are minutes away from extensive food options. Wand Lang Market and a fresh wet morning market are within walking distance too. The site is secure and safe with lovely live in staff. Highly recommend

lovely accommodation not far from a metro station to explore the city. staff were very friendly and even packed my breakfast so I could leave a little early. Highly recommended.

This apartment was our first stop in Bangkok after flying in from Europe. We were quite tired when we arrived and were so happy to arrive in such a friendly neighborhood and that the check in went so smoothly. We did not miss anything in this apartment, it had everything to make you feel at home. Apart from the apartment, the quarter Talat Phlu is a real gem. We loved the food that the street shops and markets offered and felt very safe and comfortable. We can only recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

What a perfect, peaceful getaway! Tucked in a quiet alley with a beautiful little open space in front and airy common space upstairs. Quick to the mrt and ferry so you can listen to the birds chatter in the morning and then be in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok in no time. Host and caretaker were super helpful. Came for one week, ended up staying for three, and will be back!

We had a pleasant stay. The host was very nice and easy to talk to. She waited for us, even though it was late at night, to fetch us and walk us to the house. A generous breakfast was served each morning; complete with drinks, fruits, and dessert! We left the house each day with full stomachs. The environment was peaceful and made even more pleasant by the friendly neighbors in the community. There’s also a store nearby that sells authentic Thai milk tea that’s so good! We got to experience the local Thai living vibes even for just for a short while. I must say that our stay here was one of the highlights of our Thailand trip. ✨

The hosts are incredibly lovely and attentive, making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
