Very recommended place! The place is comfortable, clean, tidy, complete equipment, suitable for holiday use with family or friends, checkin and checkout is also easy, maybe what needs to be a note is the location next to the highway even though it's strategic but it's quite noisy, but overall it's still comfortable.. for those who bring a motorbike it might be good to prepare with double locks because the fence is low

I really like the place because it has an open space and spots for chit chat with your friends which makes the atmosphere even warmer. Every corner is aesthetic, complemented by the perfect interior.

Included in the 24-hour security elite area, easy access and wide roads, the house is good as described, complete cooking and eating equipment, clean swimming pool with a depth of approximately 1 meter, there are towels, 3 bathrooms only in the bathroom the faucet can only be used for showers, the faucet mode is usually broken. 3 outlets are provided in each room, there is wifi, there are 2 TVs downstairs and upstairs, there are also clotheslines, for parking it can fit 2 cars. basically great

Nothing but PERFECT. The place is fabulous. Very well maintained place with spacious area. The interior is unique and convenient to stay. A place that great for family, ideal up to 12 person. Large dining table in the outside with nice terrace. There is also a basketball for some throws and play. Not to forget a complete amenities for your stay.

Staying only one night but Alhamdulillah it was very pleasant. Starting from the owner who is responsive, friendly and always provides detailed information about the house. Complete facilities from kitchen equipment, toiletries, extra beds, to small things like medicine are available. There are bicycles for those who like sports. Cozy home, very clean. The atmosphere around is calm, suitable for resting. There were items left behind and the lady immediately told me, thank you. Recommended 👍

Love the place! Very peaceful. We can literally hear the water from the river below. (Couldn’t see the river) but that’s something that I love. Place matched the description. Love the sofa! Very comfy we ended up watching movies up all night. Love the bedroom as well, I could get the sunlight when I woke up in the morning.

It's a beautiful & cozy house, which feels like home. The location is good, near many restaurants & cafes. The host was very responsive & mbak Nas was really nice.

Took a chance booking this villa with no reviews as it was fairly new — turned out to be the best decision ever. The location was perfect, right in lively Braga yet hidden enough to feel peaceful and private. The interiors were stunning, exactly like the photos, with antique elegance and thoughtful touches throughout. As a family of six, we loved the well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout. Beds were comfy, and the power shower was a highlight after long days. Huge thanks to Pak Achmad for his warm hospitality as he welcomed us, helped with our luggage, saw us off, and was responsive to all our questions and requests. We felt safe the entire time, and though Braga never sleeps, the villa was quiet, making it easy to rest. TMR Villa exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect base in Bandung. Highly recommended for families, large groups, or anyone seeking comfort, charm, and convenience in one place.

Wonderful stay at Philanto! Beautifully designed, clean, plenty of rooms and each has their own bathrooms which was handy! Swimming pool and outdoor hangout spot was so well designed. And the upper living area was epic with beautiful view. Exceeded expectations and the well priced. Thanks Ria for a great stay!
