Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of the island of Avşa. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island of Avşa is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility around it is very few and has the calmest beach. 1+1 loft, can accommodate two people.

Our apartment is in center of Avşa Island. The items of our apartment are completely zero and very suitable for long-term stays. It is right in the center of Avsa on the side of the amusement park and is located on the seafront. Five minutes walk to the pier. The supermarkets are right next to us and there is Migros market on the ground floor of the building we are in, and there is Şok market in front of us. It is an ideal apartment for families. Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

The garden was very nice, there was a barbecue in the fireplace. Mr. Ali helped himself, thanks to the fire of our barbecue. You can sit at the table right in front of the door and enjoy your tea in the evenings. There is a nice and long coast around where you can take a walk. There are a new generation tavern on the coastal road and beach cafes, I recommend going. The house was very clean, we did not have any problems. They gave us what we needed. Missing; There was no iron, hair dryer, and no shampoo. Also, the toilet seat and linen were broken. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying because the location is very good and the price is much more affordable than other houses around.

The room was spotless, I did not encounter any dirt in the bathroom and kitchen, and there was not even as much dirt as the point. The towels and utensils provided were also very clean. The air conditioning, stove and TV were working smoothly. There was also hot water. The location is an average of 10 minutes to the beautiful ferry pier and very calm around. They took great care of us, thank you, they helped us no matter what we asked. I was very satisfied with your warmth. Highly recommend.

the accommodation is important, but the trust given by the operator is more important. Mr. Yüksel is a successful and sensitive person in this regard. He is very respectful of his guests. my accommodation is right in the center. It is an environment where you can take regular walks. It is an average of 7 minutes between my accommodation place and the port. An accommodation in the center of the garden. You can drink tea and coffee in the garden and read a book, if you want, you can burn a barbecue and eat your meal.

Your place was very nice within walking distance on the beach and the surroundings. We were very pleased.

It was as described, even though the season did not open, they were very interested and relevant, we are planning to come in the season, the view and the beachfront are incredibly beautiful, we loved it and it was comfortable, 4 people can stay comfortably, and there were many amenities in the kitchen in the house
