Surrounding attractions are just around the corner from our place. Downstairs is the famous Little India Street, 5 mins walk to Church of St. Francis Xavier Malacca and Malacca River.8 minute walk to The Stadthuys and Chicken Street entrance. Flat 9 tinggat set house is an old building that has been going through half a century.It is the tallest building in Malacca in the 60s and was once glorious.Even after many years, buildings within 50 meters are regulated heights cannot be higher than Flat 9 tinggat.The property faces the road and stands at the door with a view of Melaka.Also enjoy the sunset in front of the door at dusk.

The home stay is just exact the same as the photos, looks modern n minimalist, kitchen provided basic home appliances. Living room is the best ,able to see the sunset with beautiful sea view . we used the TV to pay switch and listen to music with the Marshall speaker. There is a mahjong table provided as well ,but we did not use it 🤣 Overall is really photogenic and comfortable to stay🥰 ( Host may need to prepare some tissue on the coffee table , we just can found toilet roll in the bath room)

If you are a small family looking for a place to stay in Melaka then this is it. The owner (Ms. bong) really went above and beyond to ensure her guest is having a comfortable stay. The house is very nice and neat. Not to mention, very clean as well. I can let my 1 year old toddler to crawl around the house without any worries, really shows how clean it is. She even shared her some of her Nyonya recipe with me. This is one of the homestay that I'm not reluctant to give full star in every category. Ms. bong really made this stay a really memorable one!
