I stayed at this Airbnb recently and had a wonderful time. Even though there was a last-minute change, the host handled it well and made sure my stay was comfortable. The place was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The host was really helpful, and the location was convenient. Throughout my stay, the host was helpful and available if I needed anything. Looking forward to coming back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location is superb, close to everything you might need. The host went above and beyond to assist us, always prompt and helpful in addressing our questions. And yes, it's a pet-friendly haven! The place is brand new and impeccably clean, matching the pictures perfectly. Although there was a temporary water interruption from 7 am to 9 am, we were given a heads up a day in advance. The thoughtful provision of a large basin allowed us to manage without any inconvenience, ensuring we could still use the toilet and freshen up. Considering the price, it was way more than worth it! The spacious kitchen, complete with a big sink and utensils, added immense value to our stay. Moreover, the generous outdoor space near the bathroom was a bonus, perfect for washing and hanging clothes, especially if you're planning a longer stay. For anyone seeking an affordable, pet-friendly oasis close to all amenities, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended staying for 2nights was so amazing. The place is so beautiful and my favorite off all there high class service.

Very lovely space to stay with your partner or family. very spacious unit. I have to recommend to the future guests to rent motorbike, or you have to commute by tricycle, from the place to your nearby destination.

Place is 5-10mins away from sasa barge via tric. Good place to stay if you want a quiet environment.

Amazing Stay at La Casita, Island Garden City of Samal! Our recent stay at La Casita, hosted by Zandra, in Island Garden City of Samal was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Traveling to the property was incredibly easy because "Doods" (the caretaker) picked us up in a pickup truck. This thoughtful touch made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. Doods himself is truly a gem! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our entire stay. More than just assisting us with our needs, he actively engaged with our family, playing with us and making us feel like a part of his own family. His warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. The home itself offered a delightful, "province-like" feel, which was wonderfully relaxing. We were pleasantly surprise

The host was easy to talk to. Caretakers we're very hospitable. Place is very cozy and clean. Will surely come back.

No hassles encountered from check in until check out. The host’s instructions were clear. I stayed with my family (2 seniors, 1 child and 3 adults). We feel secured. The house is located right next to the guard house. We also had no problem with parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Two thumbs up!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

The host-very responsive. The place- perfect for unwinding and for some family time. Private place, the wind the waves just what you need for a perfect vacation. The caretakers- very hospitable. Kind and you can depend on everything you need. You want it, they’ll provide it. Over all, such a nice place to relax and nice people to deal with. Thank you and more power.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

Michelle was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/request. The place was perfect! My girlfriend and I need to booked that is also a pet friendly. We were delighted that our furbaby is welcome. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. Thank you miss!
