The owner, Mr. Celso, welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the house. He and his team were quick to assist us with everything we needed. About the house: Peaceful and private this place truly feels like home! It’s clean, fresh, and fully equipped with complete kitchenware. There’s a terrace, a grilling area, and even karaoke everything you need is here! Nearest beach: There’s a beautiful resort nearby called Cavanico. The only downside is that you have to pay an entrance fee daily to swim at their beach, which can be a bit much. Overall: 10/10 Thank you for allowing us to enjoy and stay in this lovely house. We are very happy with our experience! ❤️

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

it's always a 5-star for me when the bedsheet linens and pillows, towels, and curtains are clearly fresh and clean!!! the house makes one easily feel at home immediately. PLUS POINTS for sqeaky clean kitchen utensils and tools! hooray for availability of hot and cold water 24/7!!! aircon units emit fresh air, so great! we felt very safe while seeing the cctv recordings around the perimeter. perfect place for cute hatchback car owners.

We had the best, laid-back, stress-free weekend getaway at Mati. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good thing we chose to stay at S&f Surfside Escape. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during the trip. The place is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. It is just a few minutes from the white sand beaches of Dahican, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy after a day of sun and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and even suggested places we could visit around the area. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation that we needed. Grace's Airbnb was really, really nice. The house exceeded my expections and was better in person than in the listing. Super clean and clutter free, the house also had secure parking in a safe neighborhood. Easy to find. Host was standing by upon arrival to make sure we had a smooth check-in and had everything we needed The host was friendly and responsive to our requests. Highly recommended. Perfect getaway for family or group of friends. Sam’s place has everything one needs to keep visitors relaxed and engaged. My family stayed here and they were very happy. The kids spent their time playing ping pong, billiards, volleyball and basketball while the older generation spent hours singing their hearts out using the karaoke. Beach is also nearby. I highly recommended this place. I will book this again if we visit Mati.

If you’re looking for a private pool on Samal island, this is the perfect place! Clean and spacious, it can nicely fit 10 people and matched greatly the Airbnb description. Federico was also very responsive and great host. Nearest restaurant is probably 800 meters away and closes at 8pm so best to bring your own food if you don’t have your own transportation on the island. Overall it was a relaxing stay!
