Holiday rentals in Banate

Stayed here for my kid’s tournament. Miss Marilla is responsive and very kind . Communication is great! However, WiFi cannot reach inside the guest house but it’s okay since our data connection is strong, no worries on our end it didn’t lessen the value of the place. Ganda ng view, peaceful!! We would love to come back again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

They also provided convenient airport pick-up and rental vehicles, which made our trip even easier. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the nearby laundry shop, coffee shop, and breakfast options too. The fast and reliable internet made working remotely a breeze for my brother and me. Overall, this made our family trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

10/10 na legit. It’s been long since we started traveling again and this was definitely WORTH IT. What you see is what you get. Here’s our comments and what we find commendable: 1. PEACEFUL AND THERAPEUTIC. I went here with my partner and stayed for two nights. If you want to find a place to talk, meditate, and unwind, this is definitely it. 2. Ms Angel and Joy (basically everyone) were very accommodating and very polite/approachable. They gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and contacted me throughout the time getting there. Very responsive and friendly. 3. The amenities and free stuff were very much needed and helpful. All we had to do was just bring the food and drinks since all the utensils, plates, and cooking pans are already there. 4. Beautiful scenery. As Ms Angel said it’s not really your usual fancy hotels and all but it’s simply NATURE. I would also recommend curtains on the room upstairs for privacy. A mirror would also be nice. We’ll definitely go back soon!!

If you want to experience country side and have the amenities of city planned apartments, then Silay Happy House is the place to go. The neighbors as well as the neighborhood dogs were super friendly. I would suggest renting a car or using the grab app because it is quite a ride from the nearest super market. Other than that, would definitely recommend!

Stayed here from June 11-15, 2025 HONEST REVIEW: (hindi sponsored) Ang dali kausap ng host especially unusual time ang check in and out namin. James is very accommodating and even help us in our luggage when we checked in at 1am (it's raining and he carried our luggage all the way to our room). Ang ganda ng design and ng mismong room. Very safe ang rooms dahil sa lock na may pin code. Centralized ang air-condition and ang lamig. Pag nakulangan ka sa lamig, may malaking ceiling fan pa (kasing laki ng elesi ng helicopter, legit to). Strong internet, hot/cold shower and free laundry (sa baba). Complete accessories na from bathroom, kitchen (may built in mineral water faucet) to bed room (big mattress with 4 pillows). Very spacious and maliwanag. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for letting us have a great stay! Will definitely comeback and we RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This is a really great unit with a very friendly and responsive host. The unit has everything you need and it is very updated. For instance, it has a marble kitchen, nice floor tiles, and a smart TV. This makes it one of the nicest units around. The complex is similar to a homestay, but with more privacy than normal home stays due to the room layout. Jhen is quick to respond to everything, let me do laundry at hers, and the pool was great and always available. I would recommend staying here
