Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Ban Chang

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft: Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bei Gelegenheit definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt suchen!

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Got nothing bad to mention, the stay was perfect.

Останавливались с тремя детьми на три недели. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, не очень новый, но поддерживается в хорошем состоянии, есть вся необходимая посуда и инвентарь для уборки. Имеется скрытая зеленью веранда, на которой мы проводили все вечера. Персонал и соседи очень доброжелательные. На территории комплекса чисто и тихо, практически всегда посещая бассейн мы были там одни. Очень понравились абсолютно пустынные пляжи вокруг, больше всего нам полюбилась дальняя его часть, если при выезде повернуть на лево. Море там очень мелкое, а мусор, который время от времени приносит море собирает техника. Расстояния вокруг очень значительные, нужен транспорт. Для перемещения вокруг мы использовали большой мотоцикл с крышей, а для дальних локаций сервисы такси, которые без проблем можно вызвать прямо к вилле. У нас заболели дети и нам пришлось несколько раз ездить в Бангкок госпиталь, до него не более получаса на авто. Mal был очень дружелюбен и отзывчив, и всегда был готов помочь.

Первый раз останавливались в таком жилье. Место удалено от центра, я знал это когда арендовал, попросил у хозяина в аренду автомобиль, что решило проблему улаленности на 100%. Хозяин отзывчив и честен. Когда заселялись уборка была выполнена на 3/5, но по нашей просьбе хозяин вызвал клининг и все убрали. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант для проживания если вам не нужно жить на берегу и вы решите вопрос с транспортом.
