Annemarie's cottage is large, beautiful, clean and well appointed. The photos and info in the description exactly match the actual listing. Annemarie is always available and very knowledgeable. The property is very secluded and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the very good value for money and the excellent cancellation policy (in case something goes wrong). We will definitely visit this place again as soon as there is another North Sea trip.

Super nice accommodation!! Highly recommended! Everything nicely furnished and clean! :) There are only 2 "little things": - directly opposite a church, which accordingly rings loudly on a regular basis - Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers by the pool

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

We were 2 families with 4 children and had a wonderful time. The property has plenty of space. The quiet location is great for relaxing and the children love the well-kept play barn. Everything is in great condition and very well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

my husband, two sons, and partners stayed. Lots of room, a beautiful home ,one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in, a home from home. Very relaxing, we were sad to leave but will return.

We (my girlfriend, 1.5-year-old daughter and I) had a great stay. Spacious cottage with beautiful large windows through which lots of light comes in. Beautiful outdoor set with green egg BBQ and a wonderful jacuzzi for when the little one was in bed. The park itself is very tidy with plenty of space between the camping spots. The cottages were not all finished/in use yet but ours was right next to the playground which was great with our daughter. The jacuzzi has poles around it, so you can sit there privately, but if the other cottages are put into use, you could still use some shelter. There is much to do in the area. Assen and Groningen are a short drive away. The village has the necessary restaurants and you can walk and cycle nearby. In short, we had a wonderful May vacation. Recommended!

The house is really nice. The kitchen was well equipped. However, you have to read the instructions you receive carefully, because toilet paper, soap and dish towels are only available as leftovers from the previous tenant. 😉 But the Nordseemarkt (a small Edeka with good facilities) is less than 2 minutes' walk away. Bed linen and towels must either be brought by the guest or rented for a fee. The sauna can also be rented for €10 per day - highly recommended. The workspace in the bedroom leaves nothing to be desired. The monitor is great, very large. Keyboard, mouse and printer are available. The location is also great. You can reach the beach of Nessmersiel in just a few minutes by car. The settlement is a holiday settlement and therefore there are many possibilities to eat something or to rent bicycles. All in all, a nice short trip for the four of us. We will be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, we did not meet Günther, but we did meet his wife. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with our house names at the front door. 😊 In the refrigerator, there was a bottle of summer beer, a bottle of sparkling wine, candy, chocolate, and a large piece of Frisian cake for us. Simply fantastic!!!! The apartment and terrace were a dream. Magnificent view of the Larreelter Tief. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great week at the North Sea with our 3-year-old daughter. The view of the green expanse was wonderfully relaxing and calming. From the port of Bremen to the salt marshes and sandy beach, everything can be reached within an hour (usually less) and it never gets boring. It was a lot of fun. Definitely worth repeating.

A wonderful accommodation that exceeded the description as well as the photos of the offer. We were there with 7 adults, all had generous space and it was just great. The house is so tastefully furnished and thoughtful, functional, cozy, warm and chic .... you can't find it better. The garden is certainly around 1500 square meters, something grows in each, there is a bench, a table, a sandbox, a hammock.... We've been to many accommodations, but this really exceeded our expectations. A very clear recommendation and a heartfelt thank you for these wonderful days!

We felt very comfortable. The house has something embracing and yet offers enough space. One could say that the love of detail makes everything very lively. Everything very well and clean. We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house on the lake offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The sauna is a very pleasant size and, thanks to the outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing wellness moments. The location is ideal, and there is also a barefoot path in the immediate vicinity.

Volker is a lovely host and this accommodation is wonderful for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the North Sea - the house offers an incredible amount of space for cozy game nights, delicious cooking experiences and time together on the terrace. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back 🤗

The place was really great and especially the kitchen equipment was really great. I just have one note. The pictures state that the tourist tax is included in the price. I only learned three days before arrival that this is not the case, in my opinion this should have been better communicated or already communicated at the time of booking. But I would book the apartment again at any time and also with this rental, because I was very satisfied with everything else.

Very nice, spacious house with large garden. Bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. Communication was wonderful and check-in uncomplicated. A wonderful place to spend a nice weekend with friends

We spontaneously booked Doris' house on Friday evening for the extended Pentecost weekend from Saturday to Tuesday. Nevertheless, we were even able to enter the cottage a little earlier and we all felt very comfortable right away. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great, so we could not use the garden + hut. That's a shame, because they're also very cozy. Doris was able to provide us with three large bikes, so we only had to take one with us. From the house you can drive beautiful routes, which we also made good use of. Otherwise, Bremerhaven and Bremen are easy to reach and worth a trip. Overall, our stay was great. Everything was as described and everything you need was there. The Haus im Glück is very cozy and Doris is a super nice hostess who would have been there for us at any time. But since everything was great, we didn't need to ask anything. We will be happy to come back if we come back to the area.

We found the place to be very good and was in the a good area to be able to get to and from work, the property was clean and well present on the app the check in and check out was very easy and the comminication we had with Richard was very easy

We had a lovely stay at the cozy and very well maintained house of Jörg and Sarah. The house looks exactly like the pictures and is really well equipped, especially the kitchen - we lacked nothing. The bathrooms were very modern, in general the house was very already furnished. The location was very nice and quiet, with a view of a field we could see rabbits, ducks and pheasants that especially liked our little son. We felt very comfortable and the communication from Jörg and Sarah was always friendly and accommodating. From the cottage you can quickly get to the harbor, as well as to the beach. We did everything on foot and were lucky with the sunny weather. Our first holiday with baby was very nice. We will be very happy to come back again, the Carolinensiel, as well as the house of Jörg and Sarah.

The host is super friendly and accommodating, he even suggested a later check out on his own and offered us a refund on our own because we didn't arrive until a day later due to illness. He came by extra after our check-in via key box to explain all the fixtures to us and had great suggestions on fishing in the surrounding area. Otherwise, the accommodation also leaves nothing to be desired, it is modern and fully equipped. The surroundings are super nice, quiet and private, difficult on foot, but many shops are very easy and quick to reach by car for everyday needs, restaurants and leisure facilities. We will definitely come back again at a warmer time of year.
