The property has a gazebo with a grill, a playground, a game room and a place for a bonfire. Bicycles are also available. Nearby, the Wyżnica and Vistula rivers flow, where kayaking trips are organized.

Chańcza Reservoir is a paradise for lovers of water sports, fishing and hiking. The surrounding areas are full of picturesque trails, ideal for walks or bike trips. There are also local tourist attractions nearby that are worth visiting.
