House well ventilated, cozy and great location, 2 and a half blocks from the beach (around 250 meters), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and pantry, kitchen, garage with covered barbecue, laundry, ceiling fan in all rooms, sleeps 10 people. The Pool in the back side of the house. It is 100 meters from the excellent La Bodeguita Restaurant, 100m of market and 50m of pharmacy (No need to cross BR to go to the beach) Has WiFi Baln.
