Beach house

Owned by the family for over 45 years, the house was rebuilt in the same place and measurements of the old wooden house, maintaining the external appearance of the original house. Several details refer to the old house. The floor and the internal divisions come from the old wooden house, as well as the sofa - with new upholstery, the German corner, bathroom furniture, and the wall covering in the living room. With the deck in the entrance area, we have space in the external area where hammocks can also be placed.

If you are looking for peace and quiet close to the beach you have found the right place. This is a house about 100 m from Salinas beach - a beach with a wide area of preservation of restinga and great for surfing, fishing, hiking, leisure... - with life-saving fire stations every 500m, and approximately 1km from the spout of Buschle & Lepper, which the locals say they have therapeutic properties (from a look at the guides that I believe for more tips than doing during your stay) 🤩

Before even making the reservation, Carlos was very attentive, answered all the questions quickly and gave several tips, hosting went according to everything that was agreed and was always available, giving tips and indications. The place is excellent, very quiet, cozy and has everything you need to enjoy the stay, I highly recommend and I hope to be able to return soon!

Great experience! Comfortable and well equipped house My stay in this house was excellent! The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described on Airbnb. Comfort and cleaning: The house was impeccable, with towels, bed linen, napkins and floor cloths clean and well organized. The pillows and covers are very comfortable. Spacious bathroom: Very well sanitized, with clean bath and face towels available. The living room has access to Google Home, a sofa that, although not very comfortable to sleep for long periods, meets the needs well. In addition, there are two networks in the external area for moments of rest. Well-equipped kitchen: The utensils are new and of great quality, including blender, sandwich maker, mixer and microwave, making everyday life very easy. Outdoor Space: Great for those who have pets!

The stay at Paulo's home was an incredibly positive experience. all the msg I sent before were promptly answered, and when I arrived at the place Paulo was ready to welcome us, made the presentation of the house in the smallest details. the house was all well clean, there is everything that is needed from the kitchen to the rooms and cleaning supplies available, the Wi-Fi works very well for those who need to do Home Office. The house has new appearance. The street looks very safe, I felt super comfortable with the family. we stayed in 6 people comfortably. It has a trade in front that serves almost everything you need. Going to the central area of the city has great restaurants and varied shops. Despite being a seaside town, Barra do Sul is a quiet city with inland air. I recommend it to those who want to enjoy a beach without the annoyances of noise and others on the coast. I'll certainly be back exploring more of the city
