It is on the ground floor but has one step to access & contains a kitchen/ living area, bedroom with a standard double bed, desk area, wardrobe & sink & a bathroom with an electric shower. Situated in a quiet village close to Limerick City, Bunratty & only 18 mins from Shannon Airport. It would suit a couple or a solo traveller looking to explore the Clare/Limerick area.

Very private Unique 4 bedroom house overlooking rolling hills. Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room and two sitting rooms, two-sided fireplace and a study table. Outside undercover deck and a Webber bbq. where you can sit and enjoy the views.

Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. The perfect place to chill out or it can be a home away from home for those working and travelling with a dedicated work station and good internet. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.

Edel and Eugene were great hosts. There was a washing machine and microwave available. The backyard was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to town but there was a great pub "J J Bowles" on the River Shannon about 15-20 minutes walk away where you can have a pint with a view of King John's castle across the river. I really enjoyed staying with Edel and Eugene.

Accommodation was exactly as described. Very safe and peaceful area. The rooms were perfectly kept, clean and clutter free and had the added bonus of kitchen essentials in case needed such as milk, bread and tea/coffee etc Highly recommend!

Colettes place was just what we needed for a one night stay near the airport! She was very welcoming upon arrival, personally showed us kitchen with amenities and our room. She provided tips for nearby dinning as well. Would gladly choose her place again!!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay with Eric and Maureen. They are amazing hosts, and I felt at home from the get-go. They were extremely friendly, always happy to help, provide local guide tips and most importantly, making sure I felt comfortable at all times. Will definitely recommend a stay. This is a beautiful family house, very spacious, spotless clean with a lovely garden and plenty of space to have a quite/private time. My room was tidy and clean, perfectly fit my needs as a professional traveler. The house is well situated in a peaceful neighborhood, in a walking distance to local pubs & restaurants (15 mins) or the vibrant Limerick Central (40 mins). Could not recommend more highly the experience of staying with this family. Thanks a lot Eric and Maureen, see you soon!

I booked Ann's Airbnb at very short notice on the day, as I was let down by a hotel booking and there were no other hotel rooms available in Limerick or in the Shannon area!!. Much to my relief, Ann was very quick to respond to my request despite it being late in the evening. She met me at the door with a smile and showed me around her beautiful large country style house on beautiful grounds with mature garden and trees. Very peaceful country setting and yet so close to the city and main roads which was very convenient for me. Great size bedroom with beautiful en suite and hot water in the evening and at 6am when I was leaving. Thanks Ann...lovely house, lovely host.

My partner and I had a peaceful stay at Nicola’s. The surrounding garden was beautiful, and the drive was pleasant. The space was simple with clean bedding and all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the bathroom was clean. Nicola was very kind and allowed us to venture into the garden, which was so lovely! I would highly recommend this stay to escape the city and appreciate the labor of love that is her home.
