Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!

Newly renovated apartment situated just off Balluta Bay. Three minutes walk to the beach and to the bus stop. “Convenience” shop (open 6am-11pm) on the other side of the block. Pharmacy in the block next to it. The property is located in one of the most preferential tourist areas since it is not in the busiest entertainment area but yet walking distance to Paceville in St Julian’s as well as Sliema were you will find some of the best restaurants in Malta and all the high street shops.
