Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!

Well located and interesting location for a stay in Sliema. Close to the beautiful boulevard, near a bus stop from which you can go in all directions. Very helpful and friendly host. However, if you want to cook yourself… the kitchen is insufficient. Downstairs in the reception area, you can get coffee and the like from a vending machine. This makes a lot of good In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of good options for eating, a terrace, etc.

The location is really like going to Mallorca. A lot of people outside and quite noisy. You could hear the parties from the street on the 24th floor but once you close the windows it’s quite. The view is superb and the commutation was really perfect. The apartment itself is also great. The card for the rooftop access didn’t work though and we had to ask the reception. Theee are stores right across the street and 24/7 hours. The restaurants are great and the bars especially near the water from are perfect as well. Overall it was just as described.

Positive: The apartment is fresh, modern, welcoming, with all the facilities you will need. Well equipped, good beds, huge terrasse and a nice pool. Lots of wardrobe space. Quiet. Clean. Easy (free) parking in the street. Absolutely value for money. Christiano was always “on” and ready to help – if needed. We really recommend this apartment, -unless you want to stay downtown in a party place. Negative: NOTHING!
