Enjoy the tranquility and scenic surroundings of our newly built house, just 100 meters from the disused Flyvestation Værløse, which is now laid out as a natural area. Completed in the spring of 2023, the house is on two levels with direct access to a large rooftop terrace and views of the airport. Although the house is new, we have gone to great lengths to choose materials with soul and warmth. There's room for the whole family. The house is part of a residential community with three families sharing a courtyard and large rooftop but each has its own home.

Lyst og rummeligt rækkehus med plads til familien. Beliggende i rolige, grønne omgivelser med udsigt til sø og med mange legepladser i nærheden. Huset har 3 soveværelser, badeværelse og toilet, fuldt udstyret køkken og hyggelige udeområder med sol hele dagen. Fra værelserne ovenpå er der adgang til en skøn altan – perfekt til en stille stund med udsigt. Til boligen hører en privat carport, og der er gratis parkering på gaden. Kun 1,5 km til S-togsstation med direkte togforbindelse til København.

Cozy and kidsfriendly house by the lake

This very nice row House by the Lake at the center of Astershaven has it all! Multiple bedrooms, a small garden, two toilets and even designated area in the basement for the kids to play and hang out. Also the area is very nice there a lot of playgrounds, a small Lake next to the house (unfortunalty not possible to swim it though) and by either bus, car or a 20 min walk, you can reach the train station that can bring you to central of Copenhagen in 30 minutes. A truly gem for the whole family

Beautiful house 15 minutes from Cph

Welcome to our beautiful family house with a big garden full of flowers. We have a lot of toys and plays, 2 big smart TV’s, 2 bathroom, a big Living room and room for a big family or group - (4 double beds). All bedrooms have dark curtains. Garbage place is at the left side in front of the house. Supermarked are 5 minuts away by working. Wifi code is waiting for you in the house - you can use the smart TV with your own account in Netflix, HBO or whatever you want to watch from.
