Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ballarat Central

Trevor’s house was absolutely stunning. Very clean and beautifully renovated. Plenty of heaters to beat the Ballarat chill! I highly recommend this house.

Deans place was a great place to stay while I was in Ballarat. Easy walking distance into town, easy to find and park and good amenities. Dean is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host and makes you feel very welcome and at home. Hopefully I’ll get the chance to stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the property. The entire home was very clean and felt like we were at home. The fireplace was a great addition to the living room and made the room feel very cosy on a very rainy long weekend. Jason was very helpful and communicated very clearly. We will definitly book this porperty again if we come back to Ballarat.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Caitlin is not only a warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly thoughtful, intelligent, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, creating a space that felt both comfortable and inspiring. Her attention to detail and kind, respectful manner made my stay truly memorable. I’m so grateful for the experience and would definitely love to come back. This is our second time staying at Karen and Trevor's house over the long weekend and honestly we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Its a short drive to the shops, quiet street and the house has everything you need, for adults and children alike. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and the fresh chicken eggs morning is the icing on the cake!

Michelle was a great host, available with info when needed but would give you space too. The property is absolutely stunning and in a great location. Would definitely recommend Michelle’s place to anyone that want to be close to the CBD and ammenities

We absolutely loved our stay, it was perfect. I knew from our initial conversation that Cheryl was going to be great to deal with. She made the whole process so easy. This house is so beautiful, comfortable and cosy. I can honestly say it’s one of our favourite places we’ve stayed in. Cheryl had thought of everything we needed and more. So generous with a bottle of wine, beautiful bread and breakfast supplies. We ended up staying in both mornings instead of going out. We will definitely come back. Highlight was the wood fire and bath!

Enjoyed 2 nights in the Studio Apartment. In the heart of Daylesford, easy to walk to town. The apartment was super clean & had everything we needed. The only very slight con is the bathroom is quite small and the water from the shower gets everywhere. But everything was very clean and we would stay here again!

lovely place for our overnight stay in Geelong. very clean and great little yard for our dog to have some time out of the car. you do get a little bit of noise from the other half of the house but not much and that is to be expected in a split house.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home and relaxed. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the chocolates on arrival was a sweet touch! Narelle was friendly and replied to us promptly. Our first impression when we walked through this place was clean, bright and beautiful as shown in the pics! Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back and recommend to our family and friends! Just beautiful! :)

I loved Renee and Izy’s place. Perfect location (short walk onto the Main Street, and up to the Convent). The heating was great, the bed was comfy. Thanks so much.

We chose this location because it was close to where we needed to be but it is an easy drive into Geelong main city or Pakington St with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The place is very private and we had our small dog with us and there's a lovely little secure backyard for him with grass. Check in was easy with very clear instructions on finding the place. Excellent communication from the host who is happy to help with anything you need.

We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

Well located, great for couples, private and secure and a great reminder of the good old days. Well done Fiona 🙂

Super location for walking to Trentham -4 minutes. Comfy bed and good linen. Breakfast provided was very handy. Loved the wildlife just outside of the accommodation .

Great place, central to the main street. Nice and warm on an extremely cold weekend. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Exceptionally awesome stay we had at Smyth Creek and Colin was super host full and genuine with his interactions and ensuring we had the best time possible. His place both indoors and outdoors, are way better and more cosy than what you actually see from the pictures! So rest assured to go with your booking as I am sure you will not regret any bit of it :)

Villa Nova was the perfect little getaway for my partner and I, and we were sad to have to check out and say goodbye to it! Everything from the welcome antipasto platter, breakfast basket and other goods in the fridge, to the thoughtful firewood provided for the fireplace, extra blankets for the cold and Kathy's warm welcome just made our weekend unforgettable. The conversion from church to B&B is impeccable, the bathroom and kitchen were pristine, the place had everthing we needed and was amazingly clean and comfortable. Kathy was the most thoughtful, friendly and communicative host - she made us feel right at home from the time we booked. The gated yard was perfect for our dog as well, and we can't wait to visit this peaceful sanctuary again, sometime soon. Thank you so much for the lovely stay, Kathy and Rob!
