The house was built in 1910 and has recently been lovingly restored to it's former glory. It is a grand house with country charm and plenty of room for the whole family. It is situated on 10 acres in the centre of an operating farm. There is approximately 1km of unsealed dirt road after you turn off the Mt McKenzie Road.

The location is just 5 mins walk to the main street which is great for going out at night, no need to take the car!, but only a short drive to all the wineries .

The Upper Cottage at Hidden Creek Winery is located at the top of the property and overlooks the Upper Vineyard. It has two very comfortable bedrooms, kitchenette, indoor dining and wood burning heating stove. It is isolated and its attraction is serenity and solitude. The elevated location with a large front verandah has magnificent views. The verandah has tables, chairs, barbeque and adjacent fire pit and is marvelous for cooking and wine tasting.
