Holiday rentals with a patio in Balkbrug

The apartment was super clean, perfectly maintained and furnished. Everything was as described. Our requests were responded to immediately and very kindly. The reception was great, the accessibility great. Our little son were provided by Edith wheels, tricycles, tractors, etc. We were well explained to us everything we wanted to know about the area or the farm. There were good tips for excursions and sightseeing. Edith and Freek are very likable and not intrusive. You have to know what is also clearly described in the listing that it is a farm that is very rural. Nevertheless, you can reach max. 30 minutes in Urk, with nice village center, harbor and small beach. If you are looking for relaxation in the countryside, with the possibility for many different excursions (by car in 10-45 minutes you will find almost everything you want), you should try Edith and Freek. We loved it

We had a lovely stay in Kampen with Iris and Lukas. Everything you invited was present. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed also slept very well. In short, we definitely recommend it for future guests! 😊

Very clean, very complete, everything works, very spacious place (complete house ‘Ferienwohnung’). Highly recommended as resting place for trips in environment ( including Enschede, The Netherlands). We hope to come back again in the future.

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely few days at Jan's place. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

The apartment is in a great location. It is located in the center on a canal and you can see the boats passing by from the window. It's already unique. Although the apartment is in the center of Lemmer, it's not noisy. We can only thank Albertje for letting us use her apartment.

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. Thanks for the hospitality and maybe see you soon!

Beautiful place, enjoyed the greenery, the birds (the two woodpeckers in the garden that flew in and out) and the tranquility. Calm park, you can hear people, but it still feels very private. We had beautiful weather, which also contributed to a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cottage in rural atmosphere is clean, cozy and spacious. Covered cozy private terrace on the large garden where you can enjoy the view. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and have a good sense of what space to give you. Finally, the hot tub is really recommended. Conclusion: 5 stars, highly recommended!

Very tasteful interior decorations! The house was very clean when we arrived and all amenities and utensils are available. The house has a beautiful garden where I can enjoyably relax in the sitting room looking at the greenery. Host is very friendly and helpful. She also recommended some local places to visit.

What a lovely place this is! The beautiful coach house 'Het Timpaan' really surprised us. So tastefully decorated, with beautiful furniture and stylish details that immediately make you happy. Everything is right. The bathroom is wonderfully modern, the kitchen complete and practical. You are in the center of Apeldoorn, Paleis Het Loo across the street, the Veluwe or the Kröller-Müller within short cycling distances. Everything is nice and close. We enjoyed the tranquility, the atmosphere and the pleasant energy of the house. It's a place where you can completely recharge. Thanks to Carita and Henk for this beautiful experience. It was nice!

It is a very nice, very complete mobile home with plenty of space around it. A beautiful veranda and plenty of parking space. We had a dog with us. What was very thoughtful was that there were poop bags, a drinking bowl and a ground pin to put the dog on the grass on the leash! We were only there for 1 night but it was very good. Maybe plant another hedge on the 'street side'. Then you have a little more privacy. Otherwise, everything is fine!

Nice chalet, beautiful quiet area

We were traveling with two small children. The house was perfectly furnished, equipped and even in bad weather there were enough excursion destinations in the area (e.g. indoor playground, swimming pool). We will be happy to come back!

The apartment Zwaluw has a very nice view from the large balcony. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly, concerned about our well-being and warm. For longer stays, bed linen and towels were exchanged and residual waste was disposed of. Thus highly recommended. Gladly again, best regards, Sabine and Andreas.

Jolanda's place was perfect for our 1 month stay. The patio was great for sunny breakfasts. Small town with everything you need. We made some great friends in town. Lively on weekends and quieter during the week. Centrally located to other fun towns. There is about a 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend this Airbnb and town.

Super nice accommodation, right on the river and a nice garden next door. Henkjan is very nice and approachable for questions. Top location for cycling, easily accessible by car and a totally dog-friendly area! If you want, you can ask Henkjan about a boat trip.
