Treehouse holiday rentals in Balkans

Die Zeit im Baumhaus war unbeschreiblich. Zoran war sehr gut erreichbar. Auch alls uns am Sonntag abend der ganze Strom ausgefallen ist, hat sich Zoran sofort gemeldet und das Problem innert 15 min behoben. Eine Mischung aus erholung und Adrenalin. Wir haben Wölfe jaulen gehört und Siebenschläfer gesehen. In der letzten Nacht hat sich sogar einer in unser Baumhaus geschlichen und uns um 2 Uhr Morgens mit einem Schrecken aus dem Bett geholt. Angst vor Tieren sollte man in dem Fall nicht haben. Es war ein lustiges Abenteuer. Wenn man möchte kann man bei Zoran auch noch Aktivitäten buchen wie z.B Paintball und Kletterpark.

Amazing place away from everything. Very friendly host that welcomed us! Would recommend this lovely place to everyone!

Fun stay in the treehouse apartment. All very lovely. Only downsides were the fact that the campsite and pool were sooo busy, loud music at the pool and the apartment did not really have suitable outdoor space for eating as a family. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our two day stay. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Jennifer und Ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns (mit zwei Kindern) sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten die zwei Tage in vollen Zügen geniessen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Baumhaus inmitten einer Orangenplantage. Der Ort ist unglaublich schön. Vielen Dank

We were in Italy for two weeks and Maria was the most proactive and helpful communication wise of all our hosts. The place was big and immaculately clean and included a shower with great pressure, a kitchen and aircon. The only downside is it had only two small outward facing windows but it did have a really unique skylight set up that kept the place bright. One of the best parts is that though it’s not attached to a hotel, we were able to share amenities-and they were excellent. That included a pool, breakfast was included and an outside bar where you could chill and enjoy some peace.

We stayed for 3days in the tree house. My children enjoyed so much and they loved this place . There are thermal bath in 5mins by car and shops,so we can enjoy around house as well. You MUST try the bread and syrup which can order. We come back sooner 🥰 Thank u for Mr.Roeland family ❤️

Emilija, annesi ve babası bize karşı çok nazikler idi. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Özellikle eve vardığımızda annesinin bize soğuk kahve ikram etmesi bence büyük bir incelik. Araç kiralayıp gittiğimiz için evin önünde otopark bulunması bizim için büyük bir avantaj oldu. Evin konumu merkezde her yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Ancak bebeğimizi kucağımıza taşıyarak yürüdük. Şehrin yapısı genel olarak bebek arabasını kullanmak için pek uygun değildi. Sadece sahil kenarında yürüyüş yaparken kullandık. Bizim gibi bebekli bir aile için tek eksik olan şey odada bebek için ekstra bir park yatak olmaması idi. Sadece 1 gece konakladığımız için bunu dert etmedik ama olsa daha iyi olurdu. Ortak kullanım alanı olarak mükemmel manzarası olan bir çardak var orda kahvenizi yudumlayarak Ohrid gölünü seyredebilirsiniz. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık gelecek kişilere öneririm.

One of the best accommodations we've been in for a long time. We have also been to several tree houses in Croatia and they are all beautiful, but this one is by far our favorite. Everything is perfectly selected; location and position then architecture and interior design and finally the forest in which it is all located. Next to the houses is a path that leads down to a small beach on the Korana river. In the vicinity of the treehouse there are several great restaurants, not even 10 minutes away. The food is excellent and homemade Croatian. The owner is extremely approachable, she was not bothered by additional inquiries and was available to us. All in all, now we finally have a small oasis that we will happily return to.

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette petit cabane dans les arbres, très authentique! Située sur une île avec une seule autre maison (juste à côté de la cabane), le calme est divin! Un petit espace au bord de l'eau est dispo pour manger ou se relaxer après baignade (avec table, transat et cannes à pêche). Le papa de Maša s'est montré très gentil malgré la barriere de la langue et nous a déposé/récupéré et apporter nos repas. Nous avonz payé 15€/personne pour diner de poisson et 10€/p le petit dejeuner (attention les oeufs arrivent avec de la viande...de porc que nous ne pouvons pas manger :/). Quelques détails mériterait d'être entretenus afin d'améliorer l'expérience sans dénaturé la simplicité de l'endroit. Linge de lit pas très frais, mais nous n'étions pas venu pour ça ;) je recommande à tous les amoureux de la nature

It was a really cozy place and the surroundings were breathtaking! Everything was nice and as expected. The hosts were really helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

What a fantastic and unique place to stay in beautiful surroundings. Had such a wonderful night at the tree house and my only disappointment was not booking an extra night. The tree house is extremely well built and all fittings, fixtures and interior done to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone.

The location is so beautiful! Jakab is such a nice host and gave us some great insights - like the fact that the bears drop by at 8 pm, which turned out to be quite accurate :)) Being so close to nature was a unique experience - all the bird watching and of course the bears (no zoo could ever compare to that!) overall a great stay!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié dormir dans la cabane et les aménagements proposés ! C’est un lieu très agréable où l’on peut écouter et observer la nature. Josip est un hôte disponible, accueillant et attentionné ! Je recommande !

Das Baumhaus ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos! Whirlpool, Sauna und die wunderschöne Aussicht sind absolute Highlights, aber auch ansonsten ist das Baumhaus sehr komfortabel und umfassend ausgestattet. Der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten und einfach eine gute Zeit zu haben. Die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke und der sehr nette Kontakt mit den Gastgebern haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Die Tage im Baumhaus waren ein toller und entspannender Abschluss unserer Slowenien-Reise. Absolute Empfehlung!

Danilo è stato molto gentile, chiaro e disponibile. La sua casa sull’ albero è fantastica, curata nei minimi dettagli e particolarmente pulita per essere comunque una struttura naturale. Apprezzata l’aria condizionata, in quanto in questi giorni era davvero molto caldo. Lo consiglio e probabilmente tornerò!

The treehouse is an unbelievable structure and an absolute pleasure to stay in - warm, comfy and a sublime view. We stayed one night and would love to come back. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us instructions on local walks. I would recommend taking up the offer of the cooked breakfast and dinner, which was also a wholesome treat!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Luka und seiner Familie. Es war alles da was man braucht, um sich gutes Essen zu kochen in der outdoor Küche. Es gibt viele Kräuter vor der Haustüre und die Liege auf der Terrasse ist auch toll. Außerdem ist es gut zu Fuß vom Hafen zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit weg. Der Strand ist in der Nähe und man kann theoretisch auch mit dem Bus fahren oder ein Quad ausborgen. Es ist sehr ruhig im Dorf, aber das liegt wahrscheinlich am Saison Ende. danke auch, dass wir etwas später auschecken konnten, um auf unsere Fähre zu warten! :)

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, το σπίτι καθαρό και με τέλεια θέα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση και με τις οδηγίες του Νώντα το check in ήταν ακόμα πιο εύκολο. Προτείνεται 100% Πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης !

A szálláson teljesen azt kaptuk, amiket a hirdetésben láttuk. Tiszta lakás, medence, rendezett kert, kényelmes napozóágyak, otthonos terasz. A legközelebbi település Roda, ami nagyon klassz tengerparttal es szuper étermekkel van tele. Valamilyen közlekedési eszköz (auto, motor, quad) ajánlott lehet a kényelmes közlekedéshez. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, a hely egy igazi kis ékszerdoboz, nagyon otthonos! Csak ajánlani tudom!

A paradise on earth! Danijela’s place exceeded our expectations and more. This was by far the best airbnb we visited.. and we have seen a lot, all over Europe. It seems more like an estate as an accommodation just to sleep. The main ‘tiny house’ is just the beginning. The outdoor kitchen with fire place, the ‘climbing hangmat’ and not to forget the best, romantic and complete treehouse (to sleep) we ever saw. Also a pond to enjoy all of natures beauty and creatures, an outdoor shower, too much to tell.. On top of that the most warm welcome you can imagine.. Danijela and Nikola are the kindest people you can imagine. Quick response, good and fast contact, good recommendations about what to visit etc. For instance, if you want to go out eating, skip Konoba Pod Brest, but go a bit further into town to Konoba Pod Prevolt in Milohnići (if you like octopus call them one day in advance). In short: just go and you won’t t regret.

La casetta sull'albero è un 5 stelle della natura. Abbiamo soggiornato su un albero di circa 200 anni con tutte le comodità e la cura possibili. Lo spazio è piccolo ma curato con originalità, gusto e buon senso, in ogni suo dettaglio, persino il mini frigo seppur piccolo riusciva ad essere pieno di tutto il necessario. L'ambiente è rispettato al 100%, l'acqua che si usa in bagno viene riciclata per le piante; i saponi sono forniti da Ettore e Barbara, perché sono saponi ecologici...La colazione che arriva direttamente sull'albero con un panierino ricolmo di bontà, è fantastica. Ettore e Barbara sono accoglienti e premurosi. Per gli amanti della natura, per chi abbraccia gli alberi e guarda ancora le stelle, è il posto ideale.

The treehouse is beautiful and cozy, but the best part is that it's situated on the owner's little homestead, with animals roaming around and fresh fruits, eggs and diary available. The hosts were super kind and made us feel at home, and also had some great tips about the surroundings. Wish we would have stayed longer and definitely recommend!
