Barn holiday rentals in Balkans

Vi blev desværre forsinket på vej til Almas bolig. Men det var intet problem, Alma var der til at tage imod os. Hun er meget sød og utrolig venlig. Lejligheden var perfekt. Vi kunne gå ned til byen og stranden. Lille supermarked lige overfor lejligheden. Poolen var dejlig, den var saltvands pool. Ikke noget problem med solsenge. Vi manglede dog en skarpkniv i køkkenet og en brødrister. Men ellers var alt bare perfekt. Vi vil gerne besøg stedet igen

Wir waren fast eine Woche im schönen Cottage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!Gerne lagen waren wir bei tollem Wetter im Garten und haben das Rauschen des Bächleins genossen. Wenn es möglich war, haben wir alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Dank des vorhandenen Grills und vielen Kerzen hatten wir gemütliche Abende. Die Betten waren unheimlich gemütlich, sodass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben! Das Cottage ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Allein die Müllentsorgung war uns nicht so ganz eindeutig, aber Lisa hat und schnell weitergeholfen. Generell waren Angela und Lisa super erreichbar und haben uns alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Besonders toll hat uns ein Ausflug zu der Tropfsteinhöhle Postojna und zum Tolminer Klammen (nur 11min Fahrtzeit) gefallen. Unsere Fahrt nach Triest (Italien) hätten wir uns sparen können. Dort haben wir über eine Stunde nach einem Parkplatz gesucht und sind schließlich wieder zurück. Preis-Leistung war top!!!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Le logement est parfait pour se reposer. Un très bel environnement au calme , et très bien localisé pour sillonner la jolie région des Pouilles. Merci pour l'accueil et le cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. La piscine est parfaite, aussi équipée avec tout les jeux pour les enfants. Nous recommandons a 100% cet endroit.

Un séjour parfait dans l'agroturismo de Cristina. Nous sommes arrivés très en retard suite à des soucis de vol. Cristina nous a attendu pour nous accueillir. Ses conseils de visite ont été très précieux pour organiser notre séjour. Un grand merci pour tout Cristina. Nous vous recommandons ce lieu pour visiter la Sicile.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts , Mina and Andrea were very kind and left us a fabulous welcome basket and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens . The house was very clean and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pool that was cleaned daily. Good central location for exploring the area with lots of experiences locally , pasta making, wine tasting ... Thank you for everything! 😎

Un des meilleurs air bnb que j’ai pu faire ! Un endroit de rêve, parfait avec des enfants. Lieu calme, nature magnifique, hôtes bienveillants et adorable… petit déjeuner inclus excellent. Un havre de paix parfait pour rayonner dans la Sicile baroque. Si vous cherchez l’éden sicilien : n’hésitez plus !

We had a wonderful stay at Jereni barn in Krk! Ozana and her team were super helpful, we had a late check-in and they made everything easy. We are a family of four travelling with two toddlers and the house was perfect for us! It’s also close to beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

**Review for the WindMill House on Airbnb** Our stay at the WindMill House was absolutely incredible, creating lasting memories for our entire family. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the local village. It was refreshing to be away from the usual tourist traps and truly immerse ourselves in the local culture. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to unwind completely. We were delighted to find that it was just a short trip away from beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants, and exciting local attractions (minutes by car) . Our children, aged five and nine, had an absolute ball! They especially loved feeding the animals, which added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The WindMill House is truly a hidden gem. The combination of its idyllic country setting, the exceptional hospitality of our host make it an unbeatable choice for anyone seeking good value and a relaxed, authentic stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Giovanni bzw. Gertrud und Pippo. Der Check-in verlief absolut problemlos. Gertrud und Pippo haben sich viel Zeit genommen um uns alles zu erklären und standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und gaben uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Unterkünfte waren wie beschrieben und haben uns absolut gefallen. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Am meisten genossen haben wir die Ruhe.

O ferma frumoasa si linistita de familie, cu cai, foarte aproape de Bucuresti. Cabanele sunt primitoare, cu veranda, salteaua confortabila. Locul de joaca este chiar langa padure, cu un castel de lemn tip medieval care le-a placut mult copiilor. Caii sunt blanzi, obisnuiti cu copiii si poti chiar sa ii hranesti cu morcovi sau fan. Vom reveni.

Cazare inedita, cu atentie la detalii si curatenie impecabila. Pozitia superba, iar gazda foarte primitoare

Wir können die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen. Sie liegt sehr Zentral und man kommt mit 1-2 Std Fahrzeit an jeder Ecke von Istrien. Die Unterkunft selber, ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmärkte sind ab 15 Min. erreichbar. Kleinere Läden gibt es in der näheren Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist genauso wie in der Anzeige zu sehen. Die Betten waren echt gut. Es war auch sonst alles da, was gebraucht wurde. Sollten wir erneut nach Istrien fahren, dann würden wir wieder dieselbe Unterkunft wählen. Auch die Eltern von Sandi sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider können wir kein kroatisch oder italienisch- dann hätten wir uns auch etwas mit ihnen unterhalten können. Sandis Vater spricht aber ein wenig Deutsch, das klappte dann mit Händen und Füßen 😉 Sandi selber war immer über Whats App erreichbar und hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Tipp- Für die Anreise sollte man nicht die kürzere Strecke wählen, sondern unten über die 21 und Livade anreisen. 😎

Beautiful house in quiet area. Plenty of amenities in house and Julian (our host) was super helpful. Azra the dog made for a great companion for the week.

Jurij's apartment was absolutely fabulous! I wish I could give Jure more than 5 stars! This was our first time to Slovenia and Jure is a consummate host; he is kind, responsive, genuine, helpful and a wonderful person! The apartment is so well appointed and we had everything we could need. The surroundings are stunning! And so many sight seeing locations are within a reasonable distance. We also had the breakfast from Jure which we ordered and it was wonderful. Very tasty foods and plenty for all of us. We recommend Jurij's apartments to everyone! Some day we hope to come back and we would really enjoy staying there again! Thank you Jure!

Tiberiu si familia lui ne-au facut sa ne simtim ca acasa. Foarte calzi, ospitalieri si mereu atenti la nevoile noastre. Locul e o oaza de liniste, plin de verdeata si cu o privire minunata catre muntii Fagaras. In imprejurimi sunt o gramada de lucruri de facut si restaurante bune unde se poate servi masa (atentie - este nevoie de masina). Per total ne-am relaxat si ne-am bucurat la maxim de vacanta. Cu siguranta vom reveni!

This space and this village is a jewel if ever I've seen any! Adana was incredibly hospitable and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She even personally showed us around the local areas and cooked us a traditional meal. She's beautiful inside and out - and her place is a reflection of just that , highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Palazzo Acreide. Nous avons était très bien accueilli pas Laura et son mari. Nous étions 3 familles et chaque logement indépendant permettait à tout le monde de se sentir chez soi. La partie commune est vaste avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Le logement est bien situé permettant de rayonner dans le sud est de la Sicile avec tous les villages baroques aux alentours et les plages à 50mn. Nous n’avons rien à redire, tout était parfait!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was more impressive than we expected. Perfect for anyone looking to relax or travelling with children. The pool was lovely and our toddler enjoyed the farm animals and fig trees. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend!!

Un angolo di magia tra le colline siciliane Abbiamo soggiornato in questo AirBnb incantato e ne siamo rimasti profondamente affascinati. Il consiglio è di arrivare prima del calare della sera: il GPS suggerisce strade molto strette, che possono mettere un po’ in apprensione, ma seguendo le indicazioni di Cinzia si raggiunge il luogo in tutta serenità. Ne vale davvero la pena! Il luogo è semplicemente magico, curato nei minimi dettagli, immerso nella bellezza selvaggia e autentica della natura. Ogni angolo racconta una storia, ogni dettaglio trasmette amore e attenzione. Durante la notte, abbiamo assistito allo spettacolo suggestivo delle luci dell’Etna che brillavano dietro la collina: un’esperienza che ci ha lasciato senza parole. Come insegnante di yoga, posso dire che è anche un luogo perfetto per organizzare ritiri: silenzio, bellezza e ispirazione si fondono in un’armonia che nutre l’anima. Grazie di cuore per questa esperienza così speciale.
