Very nice apartment with great view of the Black Sea. It is 20 minutes walk to the Botanical Garden. It is a great apartment for a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need if you want to cook.

Lovely stay in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed! Clean and well equipped space! Lovely cafe-bar and pool. Quiet and nice area. Taxi rank at bottom of road and bus stop! Would stay again!

A cozy room in a wooden guesthouse by the road. The room is small, consisting of a bedroom combined with a living room-kitchen area and a private bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped (pans, a cezve for coffee, an induction stove, and dishes). Note that the tap water is not drinkable, but the hosts informed us about it in advance. Pustolov and Bilja were attentive and polite hosts. A couple of suggestions — it would be great to have insect screens during the summer, and the bed is starting to sag a little. However, there’s also a sofa in the living room that is firmer. I can recommend this place for short stays for 2–3 guests.

Clean, comfortable and new apartment, fully equipped for a family vacation. Not far from the beach (approx. 7 minutes walking distance). Clean shared pool in the garden available, perfect for kids. Mariana responds immediately and was very kind and helpful. We fully recommend this accommodation for stay in Byala.

We really enjoyed our stay here as it was nice and cosy and just a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Communication was great and Igor was very helpful with things to do around. A few things that you might need to bring is all your toiletries (Shower Gel & Shampoos) as there was none there when we visited. There is a shop that’s a 2 minute walk away. Check in was easy but if you are getting dropped off you can’t pass the boom gate without paying an entry fee. They can drop you off in front of the boom gate as it’s only 50 metres to the front door. This is apart of a complex so they have their own rules and you must pay them for the boom gate to open and the parking at the main reception. The washing machine is not in the apartment you have to give it to the reception and they will do it for you at a cost. Igor gave us information of a cheaper laundromat close by. He was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Extremely pleased with the host's responsiveness! The apartment has everything you need to prepare breakfast, there was a towel and sanitary items for each guest prepared.

Can't recommend the place enough. We needed a place to crash for a weekend, but after walking in the first thing we said was "Ohh we can stay here a lot longer than 2 days and feel great!". Setup was excellent, everything was clean. Philip is very responsive. Location is amazing, combining beeing right at the center of the city and yet being quiet enough at night. Overall 5/5. Will be the first place to check for availability next time we're in the city.

We had a great stay at Diven's place. It was clean, well equipped and very spacious.Iy has two seperatr toilets which was wonderful. Big bathroom with a bathtube. The kitchen is big and comfortable.There is enough storage space and its good for a long term stay. The location is good as well, right across Paradice center and South Park. The only thing you should be mindful is that its noisy as it was expected beacuse of the lication. Diven was very helpful and thoughful. He welcomed us and the communication was easy. The apartment has all the mentioned extras and its a good stay for price-quality.

A charming apartment with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings. Neighbourhood is central, with cool coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Liliana was super responsive and welcoming - a great home base for exploring Bucharest!

The stay was gorgeous! My one regret is that it was a very short stop. The apartment is an absolute dream .. and unlike many others that allow smoking but you have to freeze near a window, Slaven’s place has not just 1 but 2 isolated balconies for smoking with the most comfortable and various seating options (including a BED on one of the balconies) and amazing views. Ms. Geri, the lovely housekeeper, was also very kind and accommodating when we forgot a wallet after check out. We probably spent a good 30 minutes laughing and talking. She’s such a gem! All in all simply an incredible stay with my sister. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Slaven for your accommodation and flexibility :)!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this apartment in Varna. Everything was as described. Very clean and spacious. Close to everything you need.

The apartment was impeccable, both aesthetically and very clean and tidy everything. Sergiu is a very responsive and friendly host, we received very clear instructions and everything worked out perfectly. It even allowed me to leave the car parked and after Check out because I had an appointment in the area. I will gladly come back every time I have the chance :)

I had an amazing stay that unfortunatly only lasted 3 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the resort. The restaurant at the resort was very good and well priced. The internet was very fast and stable. Would recommend for sure!

Building looks a bit scary but the room is lovely

Number one apartment and value for money. Gr8 for single or couple, built for comfortable stay, and has all u need. 7 min walk to gondola, private parking. And above all #1 host, extremely helpful, kind and responsive.

The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfy stay. The resort has lots of well maintained pools. We had a good time.

Yevhenii is a fantastic host!!! The place was spotless, the location is not only peaceful but has both an indoor and outdoor pool and a market within walking distance. Thank you Yevhenii for being such a great host and a huge thank you to your aunt for taking me to the train station at the end, you certainly made my time in Bulgaria a great experience!

The house is great. It has a large green garden equipped with everything needed for a garden party. The location is also good. The place is also very quiet and peaceful.

Satisfied with the location and the apartment. Clean and luxurious.
