Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

very nice place, in the nature, very quiet, has kitchen, very nice garden, the only thing we were missing was the baby chair but we managed.

A very peaceful stay, we wanted to hike and enjoy nature and this location is perfect for that. We stayed with our two dogs and that was no problem with the host. Georgi is very responsive and helpful and the place itself was very cozy and warm on arrival. The area had good restaurants and a couple if fairly well stocked supermarkets less than 10min away. Got those with electric cars like us there is a charger at Villa 7min away from the place. Overall a great location with some extensive trails walkable directly from the location.

It was a pleasure to stay at Lyubomira`s house. The place was very cosy with beautiful view of the mountain. We had a great time definitely we will come again.

I’ve never been to such a peaceful and scenic place - the accommodation and the surroundings are top notch. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Our daughter didn’t want to leave - she fell in love with the place and especially the friendly dogs. Room was gorgeous and so clean. All the amenities you could need. We did the boat tour and it was fun - highly recommended. I have only praise for this place.

This was my second stay in this lovely cabin – once again with my dog – and if I ever get the chance, I’ll definitely come back again! The place is truly beautiful, very cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are stunning and give a great sense of safety and peace. It's the perfect spot to slow down and recharge. Оставаме в къщата за втори път и за втори път сме повече от очаровани. Мястото е страхотно, всичко е направено с много вкус, чистотата е безупречна. Илияна и съпруга й Стойчо са страхотни домакини, любезни, комуникацията с тях е безпроблемна, този път пристигнахме по-рано и дори успяхме да се настаним без никакъв проблем. Помещението винаги е подредено и има оставени плодове, вода, вино :) Ако обичате да готвите, в кухнята им има всичко необходимо, градинката също е чудесна. С две думи, бихме продължили да идваме всяка година и го препоръчваме горещо на всички, най-хубавото airbnb, в което сме отсядали!

O locație de vis foarte liniștită. Victor este o gazdă minunată. Cei doi câini cu care am fost s-au simțit minunat. Casa este dotată cu tot ce este necesar.

Къщата беше уютна и чиста. Имаше всичко необходимо за един спокоен престой. Бяхме с бебе и малко дете и всичко беше отлично. В двора има пързалка и люлки за децата. Домакина беше изключително приветлив и отзивчив.

Приятно и спокойно място, близо до града. Има всичко необходимо за престой, домашна обстановка. Идеално е за семейства с деца, има хубав двор за игра

Magische, stille plek om thuis te komen bij jezelf. Wat een warm ontvangst van de gastheren. Bovenaan de uitdagende gravelweg werden we opgevangen en naar de prachtige, magische plek begegeleid. Genoten van de loslopende honden en poezen die je regelmatig gedag kwamen zeggen. Altijd een vriendelijk woord van de gastheren en een en al behulpzaamheid. Dank jullie wel nogmaals voor het heerlijke verblijf.

Ioana's place is a great way to reconnect with yourself and with nature. Her house is restored in respect to tradition, while also bringing in the comfort of modern living (hot shower, dishwashing machine etc). The garden is huge and has lots of flowers and apple trees. We also enjoyed nice evenings in front of a traditional fireplace. Must come back!

Stehe nicht so wirklich auf lange Kommentare, alles was wir erlebt haben war sehr schön. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir dieses Unterkünft zu besuchen. Julia ist eine sehr schöne, nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Frau. Sie werden es selber erleben und feststellen.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Balchik! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. Theodor, the owner, gave us a lovely tour of the house and made sure we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. Anna surprised us with a delicious tart waiting for us on the table in the living room — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The property itself is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Both the house and the garden were incredibly well maintained, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment spent between the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool — it was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, a true retreat for the mind and body. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a bit of comfort and charm. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Anna and Theodor, for everything!🙏🏻

Престоят ни беше идеален, всичко беше на ниво. Домакинът е точен и комуникацията с него беше лесна. С удоволствие ще посетим отново.

Вилата е точно като на снимките. Има всички екстри за прекрасно изкарване. Басейнът е страхотен, изцяло на разположение на гостите по време на престоя. В кухнята има абсолютно всичко за готвене. На разположение беше голяма миялна машина и всичко необходимо за ползването ѝ. Препоръчвам мястото на компании, търсещи почивка и чист въздух. С удоволствие бихме посетили вилата отново!

The house was very nice, beautiful amenities and all the utilities that you need. Very spacious both the house and the garden patio. Elena was very helpful and nice while talking with her about all the details. Would recommend it!

Ivelin war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Er hat uns sogar fachmännisch die Fische gewürzt und gegrillt, die wir in einem Fischladen gekauft hatten. Das war wirklich ein ganz besonderer Service und so lecker. Er hatte auch viele gute Tipps für Restaurants und Strände oder wie man mit dem Bus in die Stadt kommt (Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Tür). Ganz klare Empfehlung!

The accommodation is brilliant, very spacious, modern, each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen area is a nice communal area. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room facilities all worked great. Easy walking distance to the main squares, short taxi journey to the gondola. We had a brilliant week and for anyone wanting accommodation for a large group (we were 18) this place is fantastic.

We very lucky to spend amazing weekend here. The house is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable - jacuzzi, sauna and even fitness area. But the most precious thing was a chance to taste local food. Homemade flatbreads, local cheese and yogurt and many other super tasty things. The nature around is magnificent - there are some easy tracks around with beautiful views. I was afraid that the road to the place from Sofia would be challenging. But it was fine.

Къщата има всички необходими удобства за един приятен престой на голяма компания! Локацията е отлична - в близост до много забележителности, достъпът е по нормален асфалтиран път. Дворът е голям, има много разнообразни приспособления за деца (люлки, пързалки, голям батут, мини футболна врата) събират се няколко коли, има барбекю. Единствено към осветлението навън вечер имаме лека забележка, както и към някои неравности на земята пред къщата, които бяха причина за падания на децата и през деня, и вечер в тъмното. Препоръчваме къщата в две ръце, със сигурност бихме отишли там отново!
