The host was very polite, always responded almost immediately to any questions I had. The room looked exactly as in the photos provided, it was very clean and cozy. No complaints whatsoever

Simeon's place was excellent!! It was a perfect choice for a family with 2 children. The location is perfect - 5 min from the beach, the Morska garden and the city centre. The apartment had all the home appliances a family would need to feel cosy and at home. It was super clean and tidy. We spent 6 amazing nights and would definitely return next summer. Clean,cozy,modernly furnished and equipped home,with everything you need, close to the beach, restaurants, markets. A single small inconvenience - the shower cabin is small. Check-in instructions are detailed and easy to understand. I recommend this home to all those who want peace and the beach!

Great place, Dobromir was very responsive for all my inquiries. The parking was secure and vary spacious and you can see it from your room. The studio was great and the bed was amazing to sleep on.

I highly recommend the guest house, it has an amazing large yard, the house is cozy with a huge window in the dining room with a mountain view.. has all the household necessities.. I give a huge thank you to the host who recommended us unique places to eat in the surroundings.. we took amazing .

It was exactly what we needed

well the place was hidden at the end of a street. This is good and bad. The house was complete. Pots and pans. Nice fridge, 11/2 bathrooms. Nice open floor plan. Nice windows.Parking is fine. Quiet, except for close backyard neighbor cutting grass all day. Pizza place closeby. Actually thought it was a pleasent change from urban Bucharest.

The place was very nice and had everything necessary. Felt welcome right away and communication was very good and friendly. I can only recommend to stay here.

we were told beforehand that the place we booked was mistakenly already booked and that we be moved to other location. we assumed this wuld would also be a house but was in fact a small hotel it was clean and comfortable but not a house of our own. they refunded a small amount to make up for it. again, great hosts and everything was clean but make sure you know which place they're putting you in. I would definitely rent from them again but would verify which place.

We were very delighted with our stay at Julian’s place. This one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Sofia. Very nicely designed, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment was quiet and in the heart of the city situated. Also very important Julian was an amazing host, even letting us check in earlier. Thank you very much for a great stay, Julian. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who puts value to a nice apartment for his vacation.

Ramona is a 10/10 host! Always very quick to respond, he allowed me a late check out, in addition to providing breakfast worthy of a 5-star hotel and a delicious wine! Ramona's apartment is wonderful, comfortable, I felt at home! In front of the accommodation, there is a small market that also meets the needs. I definitely recommend Romena's apartment!
