Our small house is in Pergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. Ayvalik and Pergama are 30 km away from the center. It has its own garden area surrounded by 800 m2 fence to have a comfortable time in the open air. There is a fire burning area in the garden, various ball playgrounds and a children's park. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Hot tub charge is extra, 1250TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.

Our house is a great break point, especially for those who will travel between Istanbul and Izmir and the south Aegean, 1 hour from Izmir, 15 minutes from Akhisar, 45 minutes from Bergama, and is a fully furnished house with a total capacity of 7 people and six beds with central heated air conditioning. Since it has a very spacious kitchen, it is also a comfortable working space. With its location in the city center, you can easily meet all your needs.

Mr. Emin was a very caring host and responded very quickly to our problems and offered pleasant suggestions before and after check-in. We felt very safe because it was a family atmosphere and it was also very clean. The house was 10-15 minutes away from the center as mentioned. There were tools in the house with all the equipment. We were very satisfied and would like to choose this house again if we come back. I definitely recommend it.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. It was thought and put up to the spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

The house was very nice, the towels were clean, the beds were new, the kitchen was tidy, it was a very clean and useful house, we loved every detail and the atmosphere. It was very nice to be close to the beach, you can walk around Ayvalık houses. We thank Ms. Gülay, if we come again, we will choose you again, you can stay with peace of mind.
