It is only 80 meters from the coast and is suitable for romantic holidays, families with up to 2 children or max. of 4 adults. It is practical and well organized at an area of 60+ m². The organization of the apartment allows you to have relaxing open air breakfast/lunch at sun or under a solid shade. The gardens and the pool are very well maintained.

Seafront, summer house with almost 360 degree amazing view. You can swim in the sea, which is about 30 meters away from the front porch. The summer house is located in the middle of a 4 decares land. The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

This is our secind time staying at this gorgeous villa. We love the location, the house is fantastic - even better than the photos! Nikki was a friendly host, super responsive and kind! We had informed him that I was working remotely during our stay and he brought a desk to make it more convenient. He also offered giving us an umbrella for the beach as we didn’t have one. Moreover, his apartment was spotless and super cozy - we'd definitely be looking to come back again for a longer stay :)

Amazing view and the best place we stayed in Sinemorets so far. We felt right at home. There was everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed holiday. The beach, restaurants and a few night places to enjoy live jazz performances - all within a walking distance. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it!
