The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for a family of friends to relax together. The house has 3 double rooms and a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for baking and ping-pong games. Our own 110m2 demarcated sports field is for active relaxation. The living room-kitchen section is also more than 60m2, so even in case of bad weather, it has a great atmosphere, even with a fire in a fireplace.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.
