The listing is as described, it's a good idea to read the details because they have important information. The house is amazing, incredibly cozy. You really need to take care of the head. :) The street is tidy and quiet. The only negative thing we encountered is the neighbor in the back, where if there's a party (we ran into the morning bloomer), you can't sleep in the loft from the noise. The room downstairs and the couch were a great place for us, and it was quiet. The playroom deserves a huge plus point. We had a great time!

Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. Front patio, lawn and view of vineyard and lake great. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Hosts are very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay!

Everything you need is in the house, even more spacious than in the pictures. Despite the spring weather, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

The place is absolutely lovely! We loved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings are. It’s small, but very well equipped. It’s great that it has air conditioning, as it got quite hot outside during our stay. The terrace is a lovely addition, it was nice to just enjoy our breakfast outside in the sun. Many tourist attractions, beaches, coffee shops are at a close distance by car. On the topic of cars, you can comfortably park on the grassy area right in front of the gate, which we appreciated a lot. Not a complaint, but just so you know, it can get pretty warm upstairs and running the AC might not help. This was pretty obvious to us, so we just kept the door open with the screen shut so bugs wouldn’t get in and the place cooled down at night to a very comfortable temperature. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting more privacy and a more relaxing environment than what some other places in busier areas might offer.

Marianne was caring and informative. Service beyond what we expected. The accommodation had everything you need, welcoming, cozy. Comfortable beds. Tihany was a very picturesque resort. The best goulash at Gulyas udvar, after all, the best winery, Tihany vinarius. Feel free to cycle around the entire peninsula on rented electric bicycles, parts of the route only for the adventurous.

House is located in a quiet and beautiful location. The rooms are spacious and clean! We'd love to come back!

We loved the place, a beautiful house, well equipped. We were welcomed by the hosts mother who was explaining everything very well and friendly. We found roses and a bottle of wine at our arrival, this was really nice. The house is like described and the area is very calm. We highly recommend this place.

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

Great location, in a picturesque, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. An apartment with unique decor, clean, tidy, all the essentials and amenities available on the property. The host is a very positive person. He showed a lot of commitment, openness, was very helpful, and you could count on him. We felt at home. I would recommend to anyone!

Very clean and nice place. The apartment had everything you needed, the kitchen was well equipped. Despite our late arrival, they met us, showed us everything and told us everything. There were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, we were comfortable. Nice location, close to the store, close to the highway. But we didn't hear the noise from the highway at all.

Perfect location next to Balaton with good restaurants and souvenir shops. If somebody is going by car, its free, safe parking area.

An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. The type of place that really adds value to a holiday. The garden is really beautiful too. A product of care and love over a number of years. Highly recommended

The apartment was great, we were in 4 people. Beautiful terrace with a view and jacuzzi, very communicative host. Everything was ok.

Spacious apartment with kitchenette. A big plus for the equipment: microwave, coffee machine and even coffee and sugar on site. In general, a very comfortable room and a parking space. Hosts available on the phone practically 24 hours a day, always helpful if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place! Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted with chocolate and a bottle of wine - a lovely gesture! The apartment itself was beautiful, super clean, very well maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. We lacked absolutely nothing: From a washing facility to all the important kitchen utensils to the coffee machine, everything was available – perfectly equipped. We were also particularly enthusiastic about the large and comfortable bed, which ensured relaxing nights. The temperature in the apartment was pleasant, and on particularly warm days, air conditioning provided cooling. A real highlight was the large terrace. The location of the accommodation could not be better: shopping facilities are just around the corner, as well as a beautiful city park with great sports facilities. Communication with our hosts was always warm, friendly and absolutely reliable.

Great place, close to the lake within walking distance, great host, clear instructions

We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and Máté's helpfulness, flexibility and reception. Balatonfüred was within walking distance, but we still had such a quiet and close to nature accommodation that we loved waking up every morning to the chirping of the birds. We would like to return to them in the near future, they did not disappoint us🤩 Thanks again for everything!

We would recommend staying in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a living room. Fantastic view of Balaton from the terrace. Hard mattresses - for me, it was the only subjective inconvenience. I highly recommend it.

its the third time i returned to this wonderful condo and its still the best place! tiny but has everything youll need. cafes, restaurants, beach is within 5 minutes yet its so quiet!

Beautiful apartment with excellent location. Not only is it beautiful, but the equipment is of the best quality, provides complete comfort and is very tastefully furnished.
