Edison Villa is located on the forested Castle-Hill, at the end of the beautiful villa-row of Bélatelep. One of the most beautiful panoramas on the south coast opens up between the trees. The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

Élvezd a stílusos élményt ezen a központi helyen. Ez a családi ház Balatonlellén , a déli part közepén található. A szabadtéri színpad és a nemzeti cirkusz naponta izgalmas műsorral várja az ide látogatókat. Az esti naplementét a legjobban a mólóról élvezhetik. (200m) A bevásárlás sem jelent akadályt hiszen a Lidl, Aldi (500m) Spar (800m) is meglelhető. A szálláson tilos bulikat, rendezvényeket,leánybúcsút, és legénybúcsút tartani. The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
