hat uns super gefallen, die Lage ist traumhaft, der Blick auf den See toll und nach unseren Renntagen war eine erfrischende Runde im See und ein Saunagang wirklich erholsam. die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend, das bad im ersten zwischengeschoss könnte einen Duschvorhang vertragen damit man in der Badewanne einfacher duschen kann und am 2. tag sind uns die Kaffeebohnen ausgegangen, sonst war alles top. selbst unsere 3 Motorrad Anhänger + 2 Autos innen und eins außen konnten wir problemlos auf dem Gelände parken. vielen Dank an den host für die tolle Unterbringung 👍🏻

The place was quite and clean. We loved our stay not to mention that the beach was 10-15 minutes away (there is a bit of a hill walking up to the house but not too bad, even my 70 years old mom was able to climb it). Check-in was flexible; we met up with Sara to check-in who was friendly and courteous. A few observations: 1) we rented the entire house (both of the apartments) and neither kitchen had a microwave. It wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to warm up some leftovers in the microwave! 2) All of the doors were extremely squeaky and loud - this was an issue during the middle of the night if someone had to use the bathroom. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this place.

La casa está súper bonita y todo muy limpio, se nota que la cuidan mucho. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron pendientes por si necesitábamos algo. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Sin duda volveríamos encantados.

Een goed net appartement wat voldoet aan de verwachtingen met goede restaurants en bars op loop afstand je kunt met de boot naar de overkant ook op loopafstand en leuke stranden in de nabije omgeving

This lovely house is fully equipped with all you need for a carefree stay. Well-stocked kitchen, mosquito nets on all windows and doors, excellent wifi, comfy beds and a spacious living room, there is simply nothing missing! The location is the best, right on the water, quiet but close to good restaurants and shops. Charming hostess, great communication, it felt like home, we hope to come back!

We had a fantastic time in this charming villa. It is located right in the heart of the old town. You walk out the door, take a few steps, and are in the middle of all the fun, sights, and bites. The magic? Somehow, this place still is private and hidden. It's like a secret garden. The villa is super spacious and decked out with everything you didn't even know you needed. My favorite part was the backyard. If you are traveling with kiddos, this spot is gold. Kids can run around and play while you relax with a great meal and a glass of local wine. This villa is like that awesome song you find and put on repeat but don't want to tell anyone about it cause it's yours. Of course, some secrets are too good not to share. :-)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Adams Villa am Balaton! Die Villa war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber. Die Lage war perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt und in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend. Adam war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen, von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zur Terrasse und dem Garten mit Grill . Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und würden die Villa jedem weiterempfehlen, der eine entspannte Zeit am Balaton verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank, Adam, für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. So peaceful with the best view of lake balaton, feels secluded but with everything you could need. Host was very flexible and responsive. For those with small children and limited mobility would be aware that only one bedroom on the first floor and outside because of the nice view there are lots of stairs.

Wir waren für einen Jungesellinenabschied in Angélas Zuhause und es war alles hervorragend! Alles war wunderschön und der Whirlpool war unser Highlight. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und als wir fragen hatten war immer jemand erreichbar und hat uns sofort geholfen. Uns wurde auch ein super Restaurant empfohlen, welches unseren aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Wir haben jeden Tag dort genossen und die ruhige lage und die Atmosphäre waren atemberaubend!

Our group of 14 fit in this space very well. All apartments were tidy and quaint. There was plenty outdoor seating for all of us. We enjoyed cooking goulash over the fire pit and using the charcoal BBQ in the large yard and playing ping pong was fun. We could all be together and still have our own space. The beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping a short walk away. Thank you for accommodating all of us.

Wir hatten das Haus für einen großen Familienausflug gebucht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der direkte Seezugang mit dem schönen Garten war wunderbar einladend. Die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde das Haus wieder buchen.

The place was very clean, lots of space for everyone and great outdoor spaces. Location was great and walkable to the old town center and many restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, and is perfect for a family reunion and relaxation if you want to be away from the craziness of the city. The house is about 30 minutes away from Budapest by car, and 50 minutes away by public transportation. The house is super clean, functional, comfortable, and offers a stunning view to the surrounding Buda hills. Betty, the owner, and host of the house, is a super nice, welcoming, and friendly lady. She came to greet us at the check-in in person, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We had some special needs at the check-in, and check-out, and she was very understanding, and super flexible both times. We enjoyed the heated pool, the sauna, the hot tub, and the gym every day during our stay. All of them were super clean and very well maintained. We liked everything about the villa. We will definitely come back here whenever we will visit Budapest. Thank you, Betty!

Unser Aufenthalt in Gergely‘s Haus war perfekt. Die Unterkunft bietet mit seinen vielen Schlafzimmern die perfekte Möglichkeit mit einer Gruppe zu kommen und sich wie zuhause zu fühlen! Der Garten mit Whirlpool und Sauna lädt sowohl bei gutem Wetter als auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum verweilen ein! Ebenso die Möglichkeit draußen zu grillen fanden wir toll. Der Gasgeber war stets freundlich und half uns bei allen Anliegen direkt weiter! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

Hostitel Peter bol prijemny, mily, na vsetky nase otazky odpovedal, dal nam aj nejake odporucania ohladom okolia. Ubytovanie bolo prijemne, ciste, okolie pokojne, idealne na oddych. Pre nas polohou idealne ako vychodiskova pozicia pre dalsie vylety, ci uz Thermalpark v Dunajskej Strede, Slovakia Ring, alebo Zoo Gyor, ktore sme navstivili, pripadne dalsie miesta, ktore su autom dostupne. Dakujeme za prijemny pobyt, radi sa sem vratime ak budeme planovat dalsiu dovolenku v tejto lokalite

Wir waren zu dritt für drei Tage im Ferienhaus. Diie Unterkunft war funktional und der Swimmingpool hat uns sehr gute Dienste erwiesen. Einzig die beiden Schlafsofas sind nicht super bequem. Wenn man aber kein Bett erwartet ist das völlig in Ordnung. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! Our family (kids, parents, and grandparents) had the best time at this gorgeous villa in Balatonfured. The house is so pretty, with comfy furniture and cool decorations that made us feel right at home. We loved hanging out by the pool. The kids had a blast, and us adults got to relax in style. It felt like our own little paradise. The kitchen is great (we love to cook), and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace every day and every meal. It was great being so close to the lake too - we could walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. If you're looking for a special place to make memories, this villa is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit drei Generationen in ruhiger Lage direkt am Balaton. Das Haus ist wunderschön und viel schöner als auf den Bildern - ein absolutes Traumhaus. Zita ist eine unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das großzügige Haus mit einer durchdachten Klimatechnologie und einem tollen Pool laden wirklich zum Entspannen ein. Die Anbindung zu kleinen Einkaufsmärkten und Restaurants ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gern wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Der Garten war sehr schön, das Haus gut ausgestattet, die Bettem bequem (ja, Klimaanlage wäre gut und Waschmaschine auch, aber dass es das nicht gibt, wussten wir vorher). Edina hat immer und schnell geantwortet. Sie hat uns auch zu einer schönen SUP Tour mitgenommen. Alsoörs ist mit dem Zug aus Budapest sehr gut erreichbar, wir haben kein Auto vermisst. Ein Hinweis noch: der Strand kostet Eintritt, das bei der Planung berücksichtigen! Dafür ist er sehr schön grün (Gras) und mit guten Sanitäranlagen!

The host is amazing, he was always responsive and helpful if we faced any difficulties. The house was super clean and beautiful. We faced few issues to reach there, but Zsolt helped us very much. Was an overall perfect experience!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to a great beachfront and many supermarkets. The view was absolutely amazing, even better than we could see in the pictures! The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. No issues at all! Overall, it was a great experience.
