Holiday rentals with a pool in Balaton

Väldigt fint och stort hus. Poolen underbar! Barnen älska platsen. Lugn och ro!

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

We had an amazing experience staying at this guesthouse. The property was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very comfortable. András and Barbara were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect – close to Amber Bride by Sorg Villa (where we were having our wedding) yet quiet and peaceful at night. The amenities were a great bonus too – fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice shower. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Leányfalu.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little house in the hills of Hungary. The location was perfect – tucked away from everything with a beautiful view of the river, offering a peaceful escape. It was also conveniently close to Budapest, making it easy to drive into the city for day trips and return in time to put our little one to bed. The nearby Visegrád ferry crossing was a lovely touch, adding to the charm of the area. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat with easy access to Budapest and the surrounding area!

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

Wir haben uns im Füge-Vendégház rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage und das Panorama haben uns begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig geschnitten. Die Terrasse bietet sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze – ideal zum Entspannen. Der Garten ist wunderbar grün, mit vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und war stets sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Bettwäsche angenehm und schön, und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch die Badezimmer waren sauber und gut nutzbar. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Mehrere Weinterrassen befinden sich in der Nähe und sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Balaton (Strand von Alsóörs) ist nur etwa fünf Autominuten entfernt. Der Blick von der oberen Terrasse auf den See ist besonders am Abend traumhaft schön. Die Gastgeberin und der Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft bei welcher sehr gut Restaurants zu fuß erreichbar sind. generell es sind Einkaufszentrums Lebensmittel Läden und alles was man gebrauchen könnte sehr gut zu fuß erreichbar. in der Gegend spricht fast jeder deutsch und es ist alles sehr gut von den Preisen.

Wir ( Paar 55+ )waren eine Woche in Budapest. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hatte einen schönen Balkon zum Innenhofgarten. Es war ruhig obwohl man in der City war. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben dort bestens geschlafen. Die Kommunikation war 1A!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.....vielleicht bis bald.

Ons verblijf in Martha’s appartement was geweldig. Een heel mooi, schoon appartement met balkon en zwembad. Het bevindt zich midden in de stad waardoor je overal op loopafstand naar toe kan. Martha is erg behulpzaam en checkt af en toe in. Ik zou het appartement zeker aanraden!

Das Apartment ist super sauber und schön gewesen. Es liegt zentral, man kann überall hinlaufen. Die Gegend ist spitze.

The accommodation was full equiped and clean. We like surroundings was full of nature and green. Out of season the place be can seems without people. We recommend this accommodation.

Helpful host I had to postpone my stay 2x and the host was willing to help. Can recommend. Place was nice.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. In dem großen Garten hatte mein Sohn viele Möglichkeiten zum spielen. Er hat viel im Garten im Sandkasten gespielt und war gerne in dem Pool. Ein Grill mit Zubehör wurde ebenfalls wie auf den Bildern zur Verfügung gestellt. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 min am See in Fonyod. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Igényes lakás, szép környezetben, hangulatos terasszal. Minden zökkenőmentesen zajlott. Nem volt egyértelmű, hogy a házigazda a földszinten lakik, azonban ez nem okozott problémát. Kis szabadstrand séta-távra elérhető.

The place is as beautiful as in the pictures. Great for groups from 10 or more, as there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything very spacious. Complete kitchen, dishwasher, etc. some things are rather old, not 100% but it is part of the experience. We paid extra for heating, the tourist tax and a deposit (that we got back, as we are well behaved :D ). In autumn, winter the pool is dry. 3km from the lake. A car is needed to enjoy.

Good house. Private. It has everything you need. It is on a one-lane road and not far from everything. The owners were nice. It was a bit inconvenient to get the keys from Opus Tours, and the lady there with Opus Tours wasn't very customer-friendly, but it all worked out in the end.

It was great! Large home with a nice garden and a 10 min walk to the Balaton. The only thing missing were towels for showering.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön in dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gleich zum Frühstück die tolle Aussicht genießen, war herrlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🥰 Da wir schon einige Häuser am Balaton besucht haben, sind uns besonders die bequemen Stühle (draußen), sowie die Vielzahl des Geschirrs + Geschirrspüler, positiv aufgefallen 🥰 Vielen Dank für die Vermietung des Hauses.
