Great accommodation offered by Lionel. Description and equipment compliant! The spa available, BBQ, deckchairs, etc. Great! Communication with our host was very easy. Close to the beach and shops within walking distance (1 km). As usual, the mattress was a little too soft for us (note: nothing to do with age as it was new) but that's just personal!!! In any case, we recommend it without hesitation! Thank you again!

We have just had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb and would like to thank Anaïs and Jonathan warmly. The accommodation was impeccably clean, very well-equipped, bright and pleasant; we immediately felt at home. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to the beach (you just have to plan a little time to find a place to park, especially on weekends). The neighborhood is dynamic and full of life, with its very pleasant pedestrian streets. The neighbors are lovely! Finally, Jonathan and Anaïs were wonderful hosts, very responsive, available, smiling and warm. We recommend this Airbnb without hesitation and can't wait to come back!

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable, only the skylight in the lockable room on the upper floor is challenging to open and close. It is very high. The small city beach is easily accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Shopping is around the corner. We would definitely book the accommodation again and also recommend it.

It's been a decade since my wife and I moved several times a year to cottages for professional reasons and this is the first really interesting one at all levels: functional room distribution and friendly decoration, very clean and air-conditioned cottage, residential and quiet area 15 minutes from a shopping center and 25 minutes from the sea, top bedding, nothing missing, drinks, tea or coffee available. And of course Lionel's pleasant and courteous welcome.

I recommend it unreservedly! We immediately felt at ease in this very charming and well-maintained cottage. A peaceful atmosphere, a very beautiful pool that made the whole family happy Lucien was a great host and available for good addresses but also for a discussion. The Sainte Suzanne estate is ideally located for a variety of getaways: beach, rivers, authentic villages, markets and also the beautiful city of Pezenas not to be missed. We enjoyed our vacation so much that we have already booked for next year 😉

Tastefully decorated home. Close to all amenities (grocery store, bakery, doctor, etc.) and 5 minutes from the highway (22 minutes from Montpellier). All rooms have a dressing area. Comfortable beds. There is space to drop off suitcases. The accommodation was very clean. Very Quiet Neighborhood. The only downside: the garage! Or rather the alley that makes it very difficult to get the car in (but free parking a few steps away). Even if there are only 3 of you, the place is perfect. Rose is responsive via messages. Even though I didn't meet her, it's clear she's a very friendly host. I highly recommend this listing.

Laurent and Valerie's place is perfect, as described. It is very well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace. The hosts are charming, discreet, and available. Thanks to Laurent for hosting us and for his kindness, we did not have the pleasure of meeting Valerie ( who is still working😁). We'll be back without hesitating.

Nathalie and Pierre welcomed us with open arms, smiling, very sociable, friendly, courteous and polite, while being discreet and attentive, they are two absolutely precious people full of common sense who make a good stay start. A small welcome gift and a quick but complete tour of the house. They also provided us with a few services worthy of a high-end service. The house is already pretty in the photos, and in reality, it is even more beautiful, the layout is very tasteful and very qualitative without superficial fuss like GiFi, the absolutely impeccable and irreproachable equipment, you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped and the pool is just great. 3 terraces so always a corner in the shade and a corner in the sun. Outdoor table under pergola, very practical in summer. Tiny hiccup: 1% of road users have to pull their mechanics when going down the speed bump, it's unbearable.

We had an amazing stay in Villeneuve. The location and surroundings were just what we were looking for and the property was just idyllic, especially the beautiful outdoor space. Hazel went above and beyond as a host, even lending us bikes and helping us out with transportation. Highly recommend.
