As hosts, we do everything to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the place. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a UHD 43" TV, paid access to Amazon Prime, Aircon, central heating, a hot tub, a panoramic balcony, a washer, natural fibre beddings. All in a quiet and clean building.

Heritage Blue House from 1903 / Marin village

The house was built in 1903 on a traditional technique combining wood, hay, manure and clay. It's decorated according to the local traditional style, the same way locals used to decorate their houses in the past century and all the textiles and most of the furniture are inherited from my grandmother. The blue color is representative for traditional houses around the country. We're glad to welcome you in our cozy place and to share with you a part of our culture.

UBB Faculty of Letters, Pediatric Hospitals 2 and 3, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Synagogue, and Reformed Church are just a few of the great sights to be found near the property. The location allows easy access by foot, to fully explore the historic center of the city.

Notify us at least one night in advance to prepare the house for your arrival.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Shops, restaurants, public transport station, parks, etc., are really close. Yet, the area is still quiet. There are free parking spots near by. But, they are shared(first one gets them). Apartment has wifi and working space. I guess is suitable also for : 'work and travel' and 'city break' reservation requirements.
