I enjoyed my time greatly. the caretaker, ate Nene, of the home was AMAZING. any small inconvenience or question I had was dealt with swiftly. I even had some difficulty with my cooktop and she traveled over in the rain to make sure to help so I could cook dinner. the location is peaceful, the sports court is easy to get to (we played volleyball). the ac worked great. the pool was refreshing and everything felt like home. 10 minute walk to the grocery store, 15 minute walk to the open air market, trikes readily available outside of the security gate for easy rides, and security was friendly while making you feel secure with their vigilance on IDing trike riders who bring you back home. Great stay overall. my one complaint is I didn't get to stay longer...maybe next time, I'll be back again.

All four of us were exceptionally enamored by the place and the feel it gives you. It felt like 2nd home. Everything was on point! Thanks for a splendid stay. It was short (since we needed to leave early) but unforgettably sweet:) God bless!

If you are looking for a nice place to stay. This is a good deal! Clean and very peaceful. 15 minutes away from Philippine Arena and very accessible going back to Manila dahil may bus na dumadaan paglabas sa kalsada going to LRT D. Jose. And Ms. Jaja, the host is very accommodating. Thanks, will surely book again next time. 😊

Ms. Amaris was responsive prior and during our stay. She was accommodating and also asked if there were things that we still needed during our stay. Although we got lost at first, we were still able to find the place. Maybe we got the wrong pin on the map and it was already a late in the evening in since we traveled from North? I don’t know. Hehe. Anyway, our stay was great and we were able to sleep well that night. My suggestion would only be on the provision of microwavable containers/ plates for the guests to use since the place does not have an electric stove. Likewise, the pantry should be filled up with chips since it was empty during our stay and I was craving for chips that night when we arrived. Hehe. Overall, we had a great stay. The place was very near Philippine Arena which was really a ++++ for us. Thank you, Ms. Amaris! :)

Modern 2 Storey Detached House near PH Arena

The stay was amazing and the hosts were responsive! The place felt homey and we immediately felt comfortable after the smooth contactless check-in. Overall, the place was nice, squeaky clean, and the aircon was cold so it was nice to sleep in. If you're going to attend a concert in the Philippine Arena, this place is perfect as they do have shortcuts that are less traffic going there.
