The housing is very excellent and beautiful because it is somewhat inside the woods and not directly on the street The location is very amazing and the views are very picturesque The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need. For the location you need a car to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Bed mattresses need to be changed. Overall the housing is very excellent and very clean, helpful and friendly.

A lovely, beautiful place with all amenities. The house literally stands on a mountain river, it is very picturesque. Literally a few seconds walk from the house you immediately get into the tourist movement with shops, cafes, etc. Within a minute's walk, the central park, the funicular to the mountain, etc. The house itself is large, it has 3 bedrooms quite large and the kitchen is a living room. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Plus there is a place to sit outside with a large table, swing and sofa. Also right by the river there is also a place with a gazebo, a grill, a children's swing and a hammock. There is plenty of space in general. The hostess Marina is responsive and friendly, told and showed everything, also provided a place for cars. highly recommended.

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

Ski-in/ski-out location, Bakuriani's best location in the Crystal complex, luxury building, beautiful elegant and comfortable apartment, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing (except a microwave) very large rooms, an extensive living room and 2 beautiful bedrooms. We are particularly demanding and have a lot of trouble finding what suits us, but this time we just aimed at it and it is very likely that we will come back!

Clean, nice apartment in Crystal resort. I have been in several apartments in Crystal complex, but this was the best apartment, where I stayed. Apartment has big balcony with nice view. Yes, you should take with you your own towels (or take from reception for fee) and hygiene stuff like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, but such situation is in all Crystal apartments. We will definitely next time come also to this apartment.

A cozy place, where you have everything you need for four people to stay in. It was very clean, and Anna was very helpful. Also there is a good 24/7 grocery store nearby and spa facilities in nearby Bakuriani Inn. Definitely recommend this place to stay in!

Perfect place for winter rest with kids in Bakuriani

We had a wonderful stay at this little cozy place. Actually it is clean and spacious and warm which is exactly what we needed during winter. Also, you can walk into the hotel area and use the playground for kids. There are horses and snow mobile if you want to have extra fun. I'm very satisfied.

We are a family with two small children and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The building is located in a cozy Crystal area, quiet and remote from the main movement and noise. At the same time, everything you needed was within walking distance. The location is really right on the slope and you can see it even from the window. For children, there is a huge amount of leisure and you can easily walk to everything. The store is generally right in the same house. The apartment is competently furnished, there was enough space for everyone. Sleeping places are comfortable, everything is clean. We warned about the bed linen, there was no problem for us to bring an extra bag with linen in the car) The view is fabulous, to the mountains and chalet next door. We were during the New Year's holidays, so it was crowded and noisy accordingly. But not critical, we slept well. The apartment is very warm, the windows are made for ventilation mode. There were a lot of dishes, only a microwave was missing) Perhaps because of the holidays, but there were big problems with ice throughout the resort and parking spaces near the building. We are satisfied, thank you!

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

She was always responsive, friendly, and happy to provide local recommendations. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views added to the apartment's charm, making it an ideal retreat after a day of skiing. Highly recommend staying at Ana's place for anyone visiting Bakuriani!

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

Everything in town is a short walk, yet it's so quiet and peaceful there. I enjoyed the balcony views and leaving the door open to hear the relaxing noise of the river flowing. I was satisfied with my choice. I liked the location. At the time of my stay, it was deserted and quiet. But I would like to wish that there was toilet paper, soap, detergent and a dish sponge. Thanks to an earlier review, I was ready for this, I lived a week and it was strange to me, but okay to buy it. But if someone stops for a day or two, it can cause discomfort.

Great apartment and location. Bright and clean, the apartment has everything you need. The host is very friendly and responsive. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby. SPAR supermarket is across the street. If you travel with kids during winter, this is a great place to stay. The park where kids can play is right behind the building.
