Не в первый раз останавливались в этой квартире, как всегда все хорошо. Расположение отличное, до всех достопримечательностей и магазинов близко. Тихо. Чисто. Милый дворик. И кувшин вина от хозяйки в качестве приветствия. Приедем еще. Очень рекомендую.

Excellent service, wonderful accommodation. The house is in the perfect location to walk to town. The hosts did special efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Thomas and his wife are so loveable, and we're very accommodates gave us mineral water and apples from their tree and grapes from the garden even offered us some koniak:) just to visit them it was worth it definitely will come again:)

Great communication, location, and apartment. It is close to ski slopes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean. It's good enough for its price.

Irakli and his team were so welcoming and helpful. Anything we needed, they would make sure they helped. The place was very comfortable and warm. It's a about a 5 min drive by car. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning again for sure.

Расположение супер, прям перед подъмником Кохта, рядом есть кафе и маркет. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, ну зубные щетки и пасту только возьмите с собой))) сахар, соль, чай/кофе можно купить в соседнем магазине, или ходить есть в кафешку. Если готовить дома, есть кастрюли /сковородки. В доме и кафе есть WiFi. Жили вчетвером, пара наверху, один человек в одной комнате на наверху и один на диване на первом этаже. Если что, на диване не оч удобно, но есть раскладушки))) В целом, мы получили то, что хотели! Нам понравилось! Катались до упора, потом пешочком до дома, просто шикарно) Там ещё щеночки бегают, кормите их пожалуйста:)

Overall, it was an amazing stay for a great price! We booked relatively late (only a day in advance), which was no problem. The host always responded fast and was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated, but even that was no issue. We only stayed one night, but the host had good restaurant recommendations. The beds were amazing, with super warm blankets, and we all slept like a dream. The address listed on Airbnb is not entirely correct. The actual guesthouse is one street over. We think they recently changed the street names or something because we could see the old street signs.

A great flat with a beautiful mountain view. Helpful hosts, and everything necessary for a long stay. Everything was great.

Просторный, светлый и чистый номер с небольшим балконом. В номере есть все, что заявлено в описании. Хорошее местоположение, недалеко от канатки. В здании есть очень хороший ресторан и бассейн с сауной. Несмотря на некоторые нюансы с заселением, хозяйка все быстро решила и постоянно была на связи. Рекомендую.

Fully enjoyed our stay! Zviad is a great communicator and an excellent host. He explained all necessary details prior to the trip and arranged our check-in logistics effectively. The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is great, in a wonderful neighborhood, very close to the main ski slopes and entertainment places, both for kids and adults. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy next to the building. Very convenient place to stay with your family, friends or alone! Fully recommend Zviad's place!

Очень неплохие апартаменты. Все аккуратно и чисто. Номер находится в комплексе Mgzavrebi. Поэтому в шаговой доступности столовая, ресторан, пиццерия. В комплексе есть бассейн, сауна, и даже небольшая горка с подъемником. Пешком за 5-10 минут можно добраться до горы Кохта. Минут 15 идти до небольшого склона "25 метров".
