Very basic place but with everything you need 5 minutes walk to the Heyder Aliev Merkezi. 24/7 supermarket close by. Nice communication. Would book again. Highly recommended.

Very clean & beautiful place, we traveled from norway to Baku & were very tired. Layla husband helped us with & drop to the airport, also fruits shopping & also drive us for a dinner. It was such an excellent service that you can not ask for more. Layla & her husband are very nice people! Place is well decorated & clean, fresh & we slept very well during the stay! However if you are from EU, avoid connecting flights to azerbejan or try to get E-visa before hand. Because of Armenia war - azerbejan immigration try to trouble travelers from EU & ask them for extra cash by tricking you at the name of urgent visa. The place was no doubt excellent but immigration is not friendly with travelers from Scandic countries.

Great place, close to the old City. Walkable distance to boulevard and other attractions. The host is very responsive and pleasant.

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

Ulvi was incredibly friendly and even picked us up from the airport. The flat’s location is ideal, just a few minutes by car from the Maiden Tower and the city center. The apartment has a great atmosphere with its light decor. We also enjoyed the building’s amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the first floor. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!

Our first trip to Baku and first Airbnb experience couldn't have been better. Nargiz's apartment was even more beautiful than the photos—spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Nizami Street, the Old City, and other attractions. Nargiz was an outstanding host, always kind and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Baku; we’d choose this apartment over and over again million times.

We have stayed this apartment for 5 days and 4 nights, we had very nice experience here, Mr Faik accommodated us very well and responded to all our needs in time and appropriately. Communication with him had been easy and smooth. The property is at a good location with supermarkets/restaurants/shopping spots right around the corner, and is in walking distance to tourist destinations like the Fountains Garden and old city . Highly recommended for any length of stay you’re planning.

I felt at home! Haji's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. Clean and impeccable, it also has a view of the flame towers. Haji was super attentive in communication and helped us with everything, always showing concern for our well-being.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Its even prettier in person. The view from the balcony is so amazing. You can see the sea & flame towers 😍 the host is so kind, responsive & helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Mery always responded every time I wrote. Her apartment is in a very central location . It was within walking distance to the metro and touristic areas and Nizami street. The house is as it appears in the photos, but there is no balcony and a window to the street. Definitely preferable for short staying. A cute apartment with brand new, clean furniture, small, thoughtfully furnished. Mery is also a great host, the house has everything you need.

Neat, clean,well lit apartment in a central location.Gulnara is an extremely responsive host and helped us with the transport arrangement too.We stayed in her apartment for a week.The apartment complex has a hypermarket too which was a great help.The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Gulnaras place.

One of the most beautiful apartments in which I lived is very wonderful , but Allah hath assigned you to see what it has only turned a drawer and the apartment in the fourth floor is deserved .

The best feature of the house is its location, you can go to most places you want to go in the city within walking distance, the balcony was pleasant to spend time because it was wide and the front was open, the items of the house were quite sufficient and had a spacious area with a high ceiling. Kamran was also helpful during our stay and allowed us to leave our belongings because our flight was late. Negatively, it was tiring to use 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment, and the bed and linens could have been more well-maintained.

The apartment is presented in excellent decorative order. Niko is extremely professional and proactive in his response. Everything in apartment is 5 star standards. He provides all towels, duvets, shampoo and all cutlery. He himself is very friendly and professional host. Nothing is much trouble for him. I highly recommend this apartment and Niko as a host. Once again thanks for making my stay so comfortable.

Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

At the end of April and early May 2025, I lived in this room for 10 days. The apartment is 5 minutes away from the boulevard, supermarket and 12-14 minutes from the metro station. The apartment has a balcony, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Thank you Rasim, always available and ready to help at any moment. Highly recommended. Hope to come back again.

The stay was good and the location is good, but there is a note of maintenance work in the building in the morning and there is a study headquarters. Whoever takes a nap in the at noon cannot sleep because of the sound of the bell and the children. Good at all.

I had a great stay at the two-bedroom apartment it was clean comfortable and had everything I needed I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely love to come back again soon.
