great place to stay enjoyed the delicious homely food quality, quantity,taste and very reasonable organic food if u r coming with kids this the best place host and her family are sweet,caring and kind perfectly homely feel stay very near to buddha park and have good space for parking...worth every penny we paid..

It was Peasant & peaceful staying at Jungle between alpine trees . Rooms were cozy , Japnese style , Restaurant is awesome ...Master chef cooked so well,staffs were helpful & extrovert. Overall , It was a nice stay , food was delicious . I recommend this jungle stay if you want to move away from hussle & bussle of city and enjoy the peaceful environmental with chirping birds, flowers , delicious foods , good Guides .😀😀

I had an amazing stay at Sahil’s Airbnb in Darjeeling! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, and the location gave easy access to the main sights while still being peaceful and quiet. Sahil was an exceptional host—very welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. His local recommendations really enhanced our trip. The Host The Architect The Perfectionist “Chetan” has lots to offer. The property is exceptionally designed by the host himself. The rooms are class apart. It seems they have been specially curated for you only. The washrooms have luxury bath fittings. The restaurant is coming up very nicely. It gives you feel of tranquility alongwith Royalty. The staff is courteous helpful and jovial Chetan’s Better Half “Rose” will be there to greet you and you can see her plucking fresh vegetables from their garden to make fresh salads and vegetables for you. Its proximity to The Mayfair and Queens pod make it even more worth staying. We had a fantastic stay at Samaghang Cottage. Firstly, the views of Pandim mountain and the surrounding range are outstanding - probably the best that we saw during our stay in Sikkim. The property is located on the outer edge of the village of Kewzing - it's a very serene location and yet one can easily walk into the main bazaar area within 10 minutes. For those who are interested in longer walking trails, there are a number of routes - including walks to nearby monasteries which again offer fantastic views. The villagers were very friendly and helped us with directions and information. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Because we were travelling in the month of January it was quite cold from the evening through to the morning - but adequate blankets were provided. In the room you have a kettle and hot water in the bathrooms. Biggest thanks go to Amit and Srimanta who went above and beyond to share conversations and local information with us. We really appreciated their efforts!!!

The location of this property is definitely worth the hassle in reaching it! they have a helpful staff who was kind enough to accept our multiple food requests.

The Homestay - Humble. If you're seeking peace and tranquility, you must come here. Sit by the window and all you see is the lush green panorama, all you hear is the endless chirping of birds. And when you see the clouds rolling in through the valley, you may never want to leave. The Host - Like a brother, he took care of us. Prakash bhai was there when our flight was hours late and we arrived post midnight. He did complain a bit, but that's his pahadi sense of humour. Never said no to any requests/demands. He offered us snacks+coffee+rum, and did not charge a single penny more, even though all of it was out of his meal plan. And he suggested us hikes/treks around Gurdum. This is where Chandan bhai comes in. The man not only cooked for us, but was also our guide on a short but thrilling hike to Dumbarkhola falls. Amenities - Basic. Clean room, delicious food. If you're a yak/pork lover, ask for it. 3 meals, 2 tea+snacks per day is offered at ₹600. Come here, rediscover yourself.

This is my second visit to this homestay and my experience is even more lovely than my first trip. This time I had the grand view of snowclad mountains in the morning and splendid view of star studded sky in the night. As usual, Choden's father took great care of me and Choden's mother cooked delicious meals including the beef momo. Also, it was a pleasure to meet Choden's elder brother.
