Peaceful Family oriented space. Very modern.

My stay here was great. I made a last minute reservation- same day - and Alejo was super responsive. My only gripe are as follows: lack of wifi (but again, this was only because of a last minute reservation and it rained, so a tech could not get out to re-connect it - so I understood), Flores if the shower can be slippery (wear flip flops if feeling unsteady), and the rooms have no night stands and no closet. Otherwise, the home is great with nice views of Joyabaj. One more thing, the home is easy to find, but the road leading up to it may be difficult to manage for a simple 2WD car. If renting a car, I highly recommend 4WD - but I recommend that in general for Guatemala. With an AWD/4WD car, your experience in Guatemala will be much better. I love it here and will be happy to return. Than you Alejo - Talsirys for opening up your home.

Staying in this place will help the social works that are held in the Santa Gertrudis Village, since we work with children, young and old, giving them support in Health, Nutrition and Education programs, the basis for the social development of our communities. It is a very cozy and quiet environment, ideal for resting in a warm atmosphere.
