Waterfront holiday rentals in Baix Penedès

Great place only a block from the beach. It shows that Pol loves his home in how he keeps it. It is clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and Pol offers many suggestions for places to visit. He was also extremely helpful in navigating the trains as we were coming to his place from the south of Spain. Would definitely stay again.

Reyes met us at the apartment and made us very welcome. He showed us where everything was kept that we would need during our stay. The apartment is very well equipped and was very clean on arrival. A spacious fridge with cold drinks inside for us when we arrived. There are quite a few local supermarkets in easy walking distance. Reyes was very kind and understanding when I tried to use my limited Spanish language skills and if he needed to give more information to us ( in English) he used his phone for translation. He encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions during our stay. A great host!

We had an amazing stay in the apartment! Spacious rooms, functional kitchen with everything you might need for cooking, 2 bathrooms with one bathtub. The gem of the apartment is amazing sea view! Having a breakfast on a balcony with that view will stay forever in my memory. The area is quiet. There are few supermarkets around, one of them is in the same building. Many restaurants around. I think this place is really good for those who are looking for a calm and relaxing atmosphere around.

Tarragona itself is a gem, but Raul and his hospitality is priceless. Prior to check-in he communicated regularly, providing recommendations and guides to Tarragona, and was willing to provide any assistance to allow us to best enjoy our time in Tarragona. Raul is, without a doubt, the best host I have ever interacted with. We felt like we had an old friend who was local to help us, rather than just an AirBnB host. The apartment itself is excellent. Airy, comfortable, and with all the necessary comforts and some that you didn’t even realize you needed. Raul leaves his guests with plenty of amenities that make you feel truly taken care of from laundry detergent, to extra face wipes and his own personal guide, he’s thought of it all. Being able to see the sea from the terrace is also amazing, with a short walk to a great beach. Excellent restaurants of all kinds are just steps away. If I could give Raul and his place 6 stars, I would. Can’t wait to return.

Ignasi and Miriam are truly "super-hosts"!!! They always replied within a few minutes, they let us in as early as possible, and even offered to hold our luggage after check out. The apartment is in the best possible location and is so well stocked I can't imagine what is missing.

Vi har varit i Calafell 1 gång innan på hösten . Vi känner att närheten från lägenheten till strand /strandpromenad , restauranger är super bra . Det är en mysigt att gå i ett levande centrum på kvällarna. Många restauranger och butiker att välja mellan. Bra att ta sig fram med tågstationen 7 minuters gångväg bort. Den fantastiska utsikten från balkongen är ju ett stort plus. Bemötandet av hyresvärd har varit mycket bra . Kanon att få lite tips på saker som finns runt Calafell. Det enda som vi egentligen tycker är ett minus , är att lägenheten saknar AC. Blir väldigt varmt i lägenheten fast man öppnar och får drag genom lägenheten. Stort tack till hyresvärden för denna veckan. Vi kommer säkert tillbaka igen. Fam Olsson Sverige

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, justo frente al mar, con vistas preciosas y en una zona muy agradable. En general, el apartamento está bien y tiene lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo único negativo fue la ducha del baño: al tener solo una cortina, se sale toda el agua y resulta un poco incómodo. También se echa en falta el aire acondicionado, sobre todo en los días más calurosos. Aun así, disfrutamos mucho la estancia y el entorno es maravilloso.

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

Silvia's flat in the Vila de Gracia neighborhood was perfect in location, and perfect quiet neighborhood feel. First of all, she was very sweet and personally greeted us, gave us instructions on how all the amenities worked, and left us a great little list of local places to eat. We took advantage, and the two places we tried were great! If we stayed longer, we would have had the time to try all her recs. Second, the eclectic style of her place was just great, especially for my two daughters. They both loved it. The backyard patio was beautiful. Like many Spanish style homes, out in the street, it doesn't look like anything. Just a door and maybe a window out front. But once you go inside, it opens up, usually with a beautiful tropical/lush garden out back. We really enjoyed her personal interior decoration style. Third, it was very centrally located for our needs. We focused on visiting Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada as we has a short stay. And it was perfect for walking to them.

Tres beau logement, situé en sous-sol du logement de la proprietaire, il est tres calme et idealement placé. A 1 minutes d'un parc pour enfant (2 à 12ans) , 5 minutes du supermarche et 8 minutes du train à pied. La ligne R1 du train met 25 minutes pour aller a la station "Catalunya", place centrale de Barcelone. La propriétaire Nancy est très réactive par message et est sympathique. Les instructions pour arriver sont claires. Il y à également tous les centres d'intérêt dans le PDF donné. 3 lits en 90 pour les petits et un lit kiiiiiinnnnnggsize pour les parents. Tout était parfait. Merci.

Très bon accueil d'Ylenia et de son conjoint dans un logement de très bon standing. Il ne manquait rien à notre arrivée : on se sent de suite comme à la maison. C'est spacieux et la configuration a été bien pensée. Bravo aux hôtes pour ce logement et merci pour l'accueil.

Ruben und Silvia waren schon für Fragen vorab immer erreichbar und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die ideale Lage um in der Nähe von Barcelona Urlaub zu machen. Die Zugverbindung ist sehr gut. Der Blick von der Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In Premia de Mar bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch Sonnenschirme für den Strand und Strandhandtücher sind vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke an Ruben und Silvia für alles! Familie Birkner und Familie Weller

We had the best time here with our 2.5 year old son. Each evening we spent watching the sunset from the comfort of inside. The place was well equipped with everything we needed to make dinner. Thea beaches were a short walk away, with one car parking spot. You could not hear the road or train line once inside

The apartment was perfect for 5 of us staying for a week to explore Tarragona. Fantastic location, really beautifully looked after apartment, especially the plants and flowers all around the outside area and the pool. The hosting family had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do and were super friendly. Would 100% recommend, thank you for a great trip! ⭐️

Le logement d'Eduard est parfait pour passer un séjour tranquille. Très bien situé, correspond aux photos. La communication malgré qu'on ne parle pas la même langue a été très fluide. Je recommande !!

What a lovely time we have had, the apartment is a 15 minutes walk to a sandy beach.Several bars and shops within walking distance. The huge rooftop terrace is where we stayed most of our holiday. It is well equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ and shower, also incredibly safe.The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent most of the holiday in the pool, the pool area was only accessible by a key which also made it safe and private. Best of all our host Marcos,he could not have done any more to make our holiday any more enjoyable.He provided us with baguettes, pastries, milk, water, sliced meat, drinks, champagne, beer,ice creams, wine and the big bowl of fruit.He kept topping us up all week. Also toothbrushes, shower gel,tea bags,coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Pool towels on our arrival as we arrived before check in and tshirts as a gift to the children when we left and arranged taxis. He made us feel safe and looked after. Marcos you deserve 6Stars

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, ich hatte eine gute Zeit. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es immer vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet.

Lovely stay at Sergi’s place. Great location very near the beach and a shop, easy to get into Barcelona by train or bus and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Mooi appartement op de begane grond in een goed onderhouden appartementencomplex. Ruime tuin, veel groen en gelijk aan een rustige boulevard en zee. Er is een gezellige strandtent en je kan surfles nemen bij de surfschool naast de strandtent. In de haven zijn veel restaurants te vinden met heerlijk eten en de supermarkt is iets van 10 minuten lopen. Er is een zwembad in de binnentuin waar je baantjes kan zwemmen. Ook is er een tennisbaan maar er zijn helaas geen tennisrackets in de accomodatie. Sitges is een mooie stad, lange boulevard en winkelstraatjes. Ongeveer 15/20 minuten lopen, hetbis een mooie wandeling. We hebben bij bikesitges elektrische fietsen gehuurd. Deze werden gebracht en weer opgehaald, prima service en erg vriendelijke eigenaar.

Logement extrêmement bien placé, calme, très propre et très bien équipé, de nombreux commerces à proximité et parking à prix intéressant et proche de la résidence. Des hôtes réactifs et instructions au Top !! Je recommande, nous reviendrons. Tarragone à découvrir pour son accueil, ses sites romains et quartiers historiques, plages dans la ville et à proximité. Super séjour !!!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique logement. Tout était parfait ! Directement face à la mer avec un accès direct au jardin, terrasse extérieure bien aménagée. Très belle plage pour la baignade. Train à 15 minutes de marche du logement pour se rendre facilement à Barcelone et Sitges. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture le gros marché le plus près est à 25 minutes de marches cependant plusieurs petits marchés et restaurants tout près. Nous le recommandons fortement !

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
