Holiday rentals with beach access in Baix Maestrat

Marian ha sido atenta desde el primer día! Hemos tenido una muy buen estadía en Peñíscola. Nos ha aconsejado los mejores restaurantes de la zona y varias calas escondidas y hermosas. El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos dias en pareja y se encuentra en pleno centro de Peñiscola. En fin, recomendadisimo!!! :)

Una experiencia maravillosa, Jessica se porto de 10 con nosotros y también nos recomendó algunos restaurantes que visitar cuando le preguntamos, pese a que el check out era a las 11am nos dio libertad para pasar el día entero en el apartamento y poder irnos sin ninguna prisa. Es un apartamento que recomiendo encarecidamente, la atención y la ubicación lo valen. Pd:Las vistas del ático dan al mar y al casco antiguo haciéndolo una ubicación privilegiada.

El apartamento es fantástico. Está situado en un lugar inmejorable y enfrente de la playa. Las vistas desde el balcón son increíbles. La comunicación con José ha sido óptima en todo momento. Siempre ha estado muy pendiente y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. No tenemos dudas que si volvemos a Peñíscola, volveríamos a este apartamento. Se ha sentido como estar en casa.

Le logement est extrêmement bien situé avec vue sur mer. Il se trouve à 2 mn de la plage et 20 mn du château de peniscola. Le centre commercial "Consum "se trouve aussi à 15 mn à pied. Le logement est climatisé ce qui est un confort et une nécessité en plein été si on veut bien dormir et se reposer. Logement spacieux, bien équipé et tres agréable. La résidence est nettoyée tous les jours donc très propre. Deux bémols : l'entrée dans le logement qui ne peut se faire avant 18h ( vous perdez donc la journée du samedi. L idéal serait de pouvoir y acceder vers 14h) et le parking qui est pris d'assaut par les premiers qui arrivent. Il ́n'y a presque jamais de places disponibles. Par contre, il est possible de stationner à l'extérieur avec un abonnement de 35 euros la semaine. C est ce que nous avons fait. Raquel est très réactive , très à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Alors n hesitez pas y aller, vous ne serez pas déçus👍 On reviendra sans hésitation 😀

We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, it was a nice and cool temperature, there was good coffee available. The location is great. The place was exceptionally clean. The host was excellent and very helpful, and prompt with communication.

Casa estupenda, céntrica, se ajusta perfectamente a las fotorafías. Muy fácil la entrada y saluda. Magnífico aparcamiento.

I and my family found the house very conveniently located, just a stroll away from the town of Vinaros and the main sandy beach (the one just in front is a pebble beach, nothing wrong with it, just a matter of preferences). The house was fully equipped with everything one can need for a one-week stay (or longer). The little garden was very well cared and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host was always responsive, flexible and really nice. Communication with her was very easy. There is also access to a common pool area, but we didn't use it much. Only thing to mention, perhaps, is that the house is on two levels connected by stairs.

Our stay at Emma’s place was so wonderful that it made us sad to leave. The house sits right on a beautiful, peaceful rock beach where we watched the sun set while enjoying the backyard each afternoon. Its location is perfectly situated near other beaches and calas to visit as well. We brought our 15-month-old along, and she was so happy to have toys and books to play with, and the crib and high chair were provided without any hassle. I hope we can come back one day soon! This was the perfect beach getaway our family needed.

La Marta fue muy atenta y amable, y su casa muy acogedora. Totalmente recomendable sin dudas.

It was very nice to stay at josep place. He and his wife live in a house next to the air bnb. they provided enough blankets and the AC could be used to heat up the apartment. the shower was great and everything was very clean. the mattresses were a bit Hard, but that's Personal preference. unfortunatly we couldn't use the terrasse because of the rain, but the outside eary was very cozy as well :)

Realmente estamos muy agradecidos con Remedios por su amabilidad y cordialidad en todo momento. La casa estaba espectacular, tal cual lo mostraba en la publicación, no solo eso sino que sumamente limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para pasar el tiempo que fuese necesario. Nosotros pasamos 3 días y 2 noches allí y fueron increíbles. La piscina, la casa, todo! Obviamente volveremos en cualquier momento.

Estuvimos muy bien en el apartamento, a escasos metros de supermercados, bares y tiendas. Como sugerencia diríamos que no estaría de más si fuera posible una manguera para refrescarse y sacarse la tierra cuando se llega de la playa. Pero por lo demás muy recomendable.

El trato recibido de Carles ha sido extraordinario. Me ha ayudado en todo momento , entendiendo las necesidades como huesped, a un nivel que no es fácil encontrar en todos los sitios. La casa magnífica en todos los sentidos. Sin duda volveremos y no tardaremos mucho en hacerlo :)

El apartamento tal cual la descripción. La amabilida de Marc en explicar todo. La plaza de parking 10 puntos, aunque no esté conectada con el edificio. Y lo mejor es la ubicación, frente de playa. Tranquilo. Y si uno no quiere andar mucho, de lado hay un restaurant tipico español que comimos siempre excelente.

Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung der Gastgeberin. Da wir das erste Mal über Airbnb gebucht haben waren wir etwas skeptisch und aufgeregt. Allerdings vollkommen unbegründet! Der Check-in ist reibungslos verlaufen und uns wurde die Anlage als auch die Wohnung in aller Ruhe gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist super modern, es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage die wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Wir waren gerne am großen Pool der ebenfalls sehr gepflegt war. Zum Meer sind wir gerne nach Vinaros gefahren ca. 15 Kilometer entfernt. Wir waren zu viert, davon zwei Kinder, in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden.

Alles sehr angenehm und sauber, Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei, Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Por segunda vez hemos alquilado el apartamento de Aurea y nos hemos sentido como en casa, con esta vista espectacular al mar. Todo limpio y muy bien organizado. Seguro que repetiremos! 😌👌🏻

Appartement tres bien équipé avec des meubles et equipements cuisine de très bonne qualité. La position géographique de la location est super vue surla mer et tout prêt du baladoir.

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene unas vistas estupendas y esta en un entorno natural muy bonito. El apartamento se ajusta a lo publicitado en la web. Hemos estado muy a gusto y seguramente volveremos. Gracias Barbara.
