Perfect for families or groups of friends, 8-10 people. 10 min walk to the village of Sainte-Anne and therefore one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe with a clear and calm sea totally adapted to the pleasure of young children as well as older ones.

French Caribbean beachflat with stunning view!

The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

All you need to do is cross the small road to find yourself on the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe. It is located in a 2000 m2 garden in a quiet residential area less than 5 minutes' drive from the beaches and the center of Sainte-Anne. Kazalily Bas de villa large terrace / pool.

My place is good for a couple or family (with 2 kids over 2 years old). 4 people maximum (including kids). The pool is shared. Close to the marina. Very large terrace to relax and enjoy the vegetation. The kitchen and bathroom were redone in December 2023.
