What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

Beautiful place with stunning views of the Grande Anse bay and the sea. You can reach several beautiful beaches either on foot or in a few minutes by car. Absolutely recommend! :)

Beautiful square and the scenery is beautiful! The apartment is super well-equipped , even for the beach and picnic. A first for us in Airbnb but we'll do it again! However, I would have liked to have been told that everything is absolutely done by car. Sunday after 2:30 PM everything is closed, so there's no way to eat or shop. Taxis are expensive but super nice. Friendly and welcoming people with Canadians and especially the people of Quebec . Personally, the beach is St-Anne is the most beautiful. The points of visit are very beautiful but bcp of places do not have a toilet! to be checked and organized. ( Ilet du Gosier , Yellow baths, Pointe du châteaux ... have restaurants but no toilet! attention ) We will probably return to Guadeloupe but more towards St-Anne which is a beautiful city and easier to walk and more complete for a 7 days. A perfect stay in Sylvie's home, very welcoming, warm and always available hosts. The accommodation was very well located for doing multiple activities and visiting the whole island by car, good restaurants, bar and several beaches nearby. A clean accommodation, very well equipped and very beautiful. A bar and terrace with stunning sea views for your lunches. Welcoming hosts, always attentive and responsive who will know how to recommend all the places not to be missed. Thanks to the hosts for this great place and the moments shared. We highly recommend, go there without a second thought!

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We had a great stay, the place and the view are great 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

Great stay! The house is impeccable, even prettier than in the photos. You shouldn't be afraid of the climb by car, but once up there you clearly feel like you're in a cocoon. The kitchen is impeccable, well-equipped. Cleaning products are available which makes the "turnkey" side easier. The living areas were very nice, bright and spacious. Our hosts: just adorable, very attentive and responsive. We highly recommend it!

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in over the past ten years. Everything is perfectly maintained and all amenities one could ever need are provided. The modern furniture is comfortable and usable. And yes, the view is mesmerizing and always evolving with the flow of yachts in the beautiful harbor below.

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The place was really clean when we arrived, which is very appreciable. The access to the pool and the beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little quack upon arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really great as well). In short, a superb home for a beautiful Guadeloupe vacation. I recommend it 1000%!
