Located 7 minutes from Destreland Shopping Center and Jarry, 13 minutes from Pointe à Pitre, 17 minutes from "Datcha" Beach (Gosier), 14 minutes from Viard Beach and Lézard River and 30 minutes from Sainte-Anne.

It is located on a gated property comprising three dwellings guarded by our dog Phoebe, overflowing with love.
