Holiday rentals in Baie de Grand Case

My wife and I visited St Martin at the end of February. We knew nothing about the island, but as it turned out, we couldn't have chosen a better spot. The beach is quiet and peaceful with beach chairs and towels provided by Bruno. The watered offered a nice combination of rocks for snorkeling, but also easy access for swimming. There are many restaurants and shops just a short 5 minute walk up the beach. The studio was perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast in the open kitchen with a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. Bruno loaned us a tandem kayak that we took to Pinel Island for a day. And a big bonus for us...we're Boston Bruins fans and thought we had no chance of seeing any games. But the unit had a US Sports package that included New England Sports Network! So we were able to watch a couple of Bruins games. I highly recommend Bruno's place for a couple looking for a peaceful stay on St Martin.

We just returned home after an amazing 2 week stay at Lindsey’s place. Both Lindsey and Chris are awesome, friendly & helpful. They helped us find the place at night when we first arrived a little lost , shared lots of recommendations and were available anytime to help. The villa is comfortable and we settled in and felt right at home. We spent hours every morning and evening relaxing on the patio enjoying the beautiful backyard filled with gorgeous flowers, birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, iguanas, and 2 resident turtles. We enjoyed cooking fresh fish on the outdoor charcoal grill. It’s so relaxing, peaceful and quiet. The location is unbeatable. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to so many delicious restaurants. 5 minute drive to super u grocery store and pharmacy. It’s the perfect place to stay in grand case to be walkable to everything but still enjoy a quiet space to yourself. We can’t say enough great things about this place and hope to return again someday! ?

Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

From the very beginning Mélody responded in a timely and comprehensive manner to all my questions. She shared a great list of recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and other beaches, as well as a thorough overview of the apartment itself. I did not end up visiting other beaches in the Grand Case area, as the beach right outside the apartment complex was perfect for me. Further down the beach it becomes really congested. So, it was always relaxing to be on our beach outside the apartment. I did not rent a car in Grand Case, and that was not a problem at all, as a number of excellent restaurants and boutique stores are within walking distance (less than 10 minutes away). Restaurants include French bistros and other local places. I completely enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. I appreciated the responses of Mélody and Pauline and their thoughtful attention and flexibility throughout my time there. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I look forward to returning!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

A prime location in an idyllic setting. Everything was perfect, from the hospitality to the start. Especially suitable for children who can come and go from the beach to the apartment without risk. Private beach atmosphere with music during the day, very pleasant, and never too late. Breakfast is a plus. Kayak as well. To be recommended without hesitation.

Véronique’s condo was excellent, for comfort, location and right on the beach. Never stayed at a place where beach was closer. Grand Case has its issues with sidewalks, but walking home via the beach, after dinner at anyone of Grand Case’s restaurants, was our evening highlight. Highly recommend this rental and hope to return. Thom and Jan, Canada
